Trysta's house is at least twenty minutes away from Hawick! Unless you've been brought here by her once before I doubt you'll know how to find it unless you ask Sylvia for directions. Good luck.
All info found in Trysta's journal is OOC Information! Don't assume that just because you've read something about her your character will know it.
Most of you posting here have my AIM screenname... Let's keep OOC chatter there if possible. If not, remember to use (( ))!

IC-Rules
It is rude to enter a house uninvited. Know what that means? KNOCK FIRST! Or rather, trek through the woods first and then knock. The only ones who don't need to trek are those who can fly (An' and his pard) or those who live nearby (Alair and Maru).
Want to know about which rooms you can and cannot enter? Read the next two posts. It tells you everything you should know about the house and saves me a bit of trouble.
Yes, Skye has wolves. Three of them to be exact. No, they do not bite. Yes, they will bite you if you try to attack them because they are wolves. No, they will not eat you because you have a cat. No, they will not eat your cat.
Skye is a witch. A semi-bumbling witch, but a witch. Should you be in need of help she'll do her best to help as long as she knows that you're a friend of her witch. If she doesn't know you she'll stare at you funny unless it is made clear that Trysta knows you.
When Trysta's journal isn't stuffed away in one of her pouches that she keeps on her at all times it is hidden. If you discover it I should hope that you'd be decent enough to not read it. Don't come running to me if she hexes you after finding you reading it.
Those residing with Trysta Skye - Residential flirt. Witch. Guardian of Trysta and the house they live in.
Sen - Forest green wolf. Male. Friendly, for the most part, unless he feels that one of the females are threatened. Watch out if he does.
Kawa'hana - Pale blue wolf. Female. Off in her own world more often than not. Likes attention, but not as much as she likes pawing at the pond out back.
Miakoda - Starry sky wolf. Skye's 'familiar'. Very attentive. Seems to know much more than a 'proper' wolf should. Empathic.
Orion - Snowy owl. Trysta's 'familiar'. Observant in the brooding quiet sort of way. Loves his own reflection and being told how 'lovely' he is. Preening. Empathic.

~*Outside The House*~
From the edge of the forest a beautiful path lined with lovely flowers winds in greeting towards a gate that seems welcoming...if indeed a gate could give off that feeling... The walkway continues on, giving way to tiny stairs and another path...
That second path lead upwards past a pretty pond, fed by a babbling brook....and it would be then that a cozy looking home could be seen. It appeared to be little more than a little thing...but no one knew what was held within and and which magicks may have been worked about on the outside...
Around back were more paths...the woods seem littered with them. This path lead through more flowers...down yet another set of stairs...if one were to listen carefully enough he or she might possibly hear giggling but, upon a glance around, nothing would be seen...
Finally, the end of the path...a beautiful gazebo surrounded by all of the earth's most radiant colors. The brook followed the tiny road here...feeding another pond where tiny goldfish swam back and forth...they seemed happy enough here. Perhaps someone else wasy happy here too.
*Note - Skye's house is about a 30 minute walk from the Village of Hawick...a 15 minute ride and a 10 minute fly.

~*Inside the House*~
1. The front porch is rather cozy and inviting, just like the path that leads up to it, and offers much relief after the 'terrors' of the forest. A few pieces of furniture were left out for anyone who might feel like sitting around to enjoy the view. The door itself, on the other hand, is intricately carved with all sorts of gothic designs inlaid with bits of glittering gems and a beautiful brass knocker.
2. The entrance hall is covered with pictures and charts of all shapes and sizes, each with a differently decorated frame that doesn't seem to quite match any of the others. Curious...
3. The kitchen was off to one side leaving it to blend rather nicely into a dining room that faced a pair of beautiful backdoors. When the sun hit the tops just right a rainbow of stained glass light filtered in over the dark wood table. A grandfather clock ticked away the time in the corner, striking every hour.
4. The living room doubled as a study as half of it was littered with shelves upon shelves of books. Each was categorized in some way, shape or form although not in any way that would be widely known to others. Opposite the shelves was a big, comfortable couch with velvety soft, black cushions along with two matching, highbacked chairs. A fireplace was known to blaze on winter nights, the smoke traveling up through the chiminey signaling to others that there was someone home.
5. The upstairs hall was, much like the downstairs, littered with pictures and various star charts. Each one was intricately done and rather lovely to look at. Wonder what they mean...
6. The bathroom came equiped with a rather large marble tub surrounded by variously sized pillar candles. Of course, for those who weren't fans of the tub, there was also a shower complete with an etched glass door. Of course, there was also a matching toilet and sink...and, let's not forget that mirror.
7. Skye's room... You really shouldn't be nosing around in there, should you?
8. Trysta's room... You shouldn't be nosing around in there either. If she wants you to know what's inside, you'll know.
9. This could be considered a 'guest room' as there is a bed off in one corner. Of course, it's questionable as to whether or not any 'guest' would actually want to stay in here. There are various oddities in this room from creatures kept in jars to books that bark. This room also contains the doorway that leads into the attic which is, almost always, kept locked.

Steven sighed heavily as he wandered up towards the door of the house. He'd never been their before, but he was more than sure this was where Trysta lived. He'd followed her directions, and the address was right. Slowly, hesitantly, he knocked on her door, shifting from foot to foot as he waited for an answer.
His mind was spinning in circles, not only from the nervousness he felt because of a new situation, but because he had been thinking a lot about one particular thing, and he had finally made a decision. But...he needed to discuss it with Trysta first... He needed to know what she thought.

The sound of wolves scurrying towards the knock on the door should've alerted Steven to the fact that he was indeed at the correct house and, if that didn't, the appearance of Skye at the door would. "Why hello there, Steven! Welcome to our home... I hope the walk wasn't too bad. The weather is getting warmer."

"Of course, Steven." She returned the soft smile as she stepped aside in order to let him in. "Trysta's in the study working on something or other... She could use an interruption." She nodded as she pointed towards the doorway that lead into the room that doubled as a library and a living room.

Steven nodded, "Thank you, Skye," He said, starting into the house and towards the doorway that he'd been pointed to. He paused in front of the door and knocked, "Trysta?"

She was seated at one of the tables just in front of the rows of book shelves. Her eyes were flickering over a book and she seemed to be muttering some sort of incantation. When she heard her name she blinked and looked up, eyes sparkling when she saw Steven. "Hello."

Steven slinked into the room, taking a seat. He was figdetting way too much. There was clearly something wrong with him. "Erm...nice place you got here," He said, smiling shakily.
