Please read over this list of things I will change in the next couple of days. If you find anything that you would like to change or add please Quote this post, and add anything you want in BOLD CAPITAL LETTERS so I can find it easier. Im going to leave this up here for about a week while I start on it. I will cross out anything ive already done. Im also going to be posting this in the Guild Section of the forums. If you would like to do it there, i will put a link to go there at the bottom of this page. Please by all means put your suggestions, Im trying to make this guild better for everyone, and I need Your help.
Make these thread in main forum, Rules ~ one stickied rule thread for the main forum, and one for each sub-forum. The rules in the main forum should be the overall guild's rules, while the ones in the sub-forum should state what is expected in that particular sub-forum. Bump/Spam thread ~ can be put in the main forum or the general discussion sub-forum. I don't recommend it to be stickied, but a link in the rules could be posted instead. But that is up to you. Meet the crew ~ should be stickied in the main forum. It could have one post with a list of each crew, their position, image of their avy, and something extra like their likes/dislikes, etc. This thread could then be used for members to ask questions about the guild, its crew, and give guild feedback & comments. Banned members ~ you could have a stickie in the main forum to list all banned members and why they were banned. You could also allow members to post asking any questions for a ban and maybe ask for an unban. Check Room ~ could be stickied in the main forum for lurkers to post in and/or to have members who won't be active to post in to let you know they will be away. another subforum idea Main Forum ~ used for members to talk & ask questions about investing in Gaia items.
Guides & Resources ~ used to make guides on how to make gold, vend, exchanging, etc. Mini Shops ~ used for members to buy, sell, & trade their Gaia items. Can also allow members to post a link to their shop in the exchange or marketplace. General Discussion ~ used for talking about everything else other than vending & exchanging. Contests & Events ~ used for holding contests & events for the guild. Staff Room ~ use for the guild's staff to plan things for the guild.

Got new from the ForumsUnexplained Mystery Before I suggest anything, is the guild going to be the same type of guild? Article De Amor Somewhat, it will be the same qualities as in ; Literature, Etiquette, and High Standards, but we are going to allow anyone to join if they can follow these qualities. MORE- I will make a mule account for sending donations so we can use them for something other then Subforums. ~ I DON'T THINK THIS GUILD NEEDS ANY MORE SUB-FORUMS ANYWAYS. I ALSO THINK A MULE ACCOUNT IS GREAT FOR EVERY GUILD. I'D ALSO TRY TO MAKE IT CLEAR TO MEMBERS TO NOT DONATE TO THE GUILD ITSELF SINCE YOU CAN'T GET THE GOLD TO USE, BUT RATHER DONATE TO THE GUILD'S MULE INSTEAD. So that is what I think of your guild. My final thoughts are you only need these for your sub-forums:

I also think you should have these threads:

These where not subforum, they where just a part of the guild im going to change, but still thank you for all that consent, its helped a lot.
LillianSaire I agree about losing the yellow text on the guild home. There are a LOT of subforums, consider having some empty? Too many subforums spreads out activity, so a guild that doesn't have enough activity to support them will become less active. It looks like < and > are used to created a heirarchy with the subforums. If a few are cleared and given a blank or '.' title, they might act as separators that will improve that organization. I get what your going for, but do you think you could give more detail on your idea?LillianSaire I'm not certain on your organizational structure but maybe something like this. ( I think spaces might not work any more for subforum titles, so I will use '.' and strike) In bold are the things spell check caught. You might want to consider taking out or adding periods to forum titles so they are all consistent. Not changed: If the subforums need a directory, especially more than a thread in the main forum, they just might be too complicated. If it isn't too difficult to move the threads, maybe switch 'staff center' and 'announcements'? Announcements seem important, and staff centers usually exclude most members. Looking around the guild, each only has 1-2 threads. Maybe only have the main for each category open, and then name and unlock the others as needed?
