I have decided to make up an RP based on two tabletop RP games: Necessary Evil and Shadowrun. In Necessary Evil's backstory, Aliens invade the planet, and kill off all the Superheroes. The Supervillians must then become Superheroes, either because they want to free the planet, or because they want it for themselves. In Shadowrun, medical technology has made massive advancements, and magic has returned to the world. Elves, Orcs, Trolls, and others have come back too. So, for this RP, Aliens have landed on Earth, and provided the Humans with technology, mostly weapons and replacement body parts. With the arrival of the Aliens, the races that were thought to exist only in legends emerged from their secluded and hidden areas of the world, and decided to use the magic that they had hidden from the Humans to wage war with the aliens. The Aliens were defeated, and magic had returned to the Human lands, giving rise to mages, warlocks, and other reality-bending individuals. Some Humans turned to the technology left behind by the Aliens, including Lasers, Plasma cannons, Lances, Holograms, and Teleportation. The replacement body parts became widely used, as well as cloning organs and limbs, and altering one's genes. Research into nanobots has begun, but it is very experimental and dangerous, and barely suitable for Human use. With the return of magic and the use of new technology, some people have become Superheroes, tasking themselves with defending the planet, should the Aliens return. Others have turned to the Dark side, using their new toys to conquer others. With the war came the destruction of whole cities, giving rise to rival gangs of scavengers, killing others for food, ammo, or shiny body parts. Your character can be Human, Elf, Half-Elf (Thanks to extensive manipulation of genes, the two species are compatible, with a little medical influence.), Orc, Half-Orc, Troll, Half-Troll, Dwarf, Half-Dwarf, and pretty much any other fantasy race there is. Any of the above can be Super versions of their race (Access to superpowers acivated by a magical or technological incident.), Augmented versions of their race (Cyber-eyes replacing eyes, muscle implants, embedded weapons, arms/legs/organs replaced by better cybernetic versions.), can wield magic, or can just be normal (But that would be boring, right?). Superheroes must have a gimick, which is what gives them access to their powers. E.g. a costume, an object embedded within them, being in a certain place, etc. Character Sheet:Name: Race: Age: Gender:

Deniantah walked along the road, looking around him at the mounds of rubble that used to contain people. This city had been hit by an Elven spell, reducing it to a barren wasteland. The survivors had built bunkers beneath the rubble, hiding from the roaming gangs of criminals that would kill them just for looking at them funny.
The sun was setting, and the gangs would be out soon. The few people that were out watched Deniantah with fear in their eyes, and were prepared to run for their lives if he even raised his hands.
Eventually he reached the end of the road, and came across a single building. It was huge, covered in graffiti, and it didn't look too friendly. He walked up to the massive metal doors and banged on them with his metal fists. Not even a dent. From above, the security cameras failed to identify the intruder, and set off an internal alarm.
(If anyone wants, they can start in the building. It's an army base/factory, where they build war machines and occasionally "enforce the law" against the gangs.)

Fenrir sighed heavily, he was too old to save the world... again... he had fought in world wars and innumerable others, he sat patiently in the base, waiting for new blood arrive.

Deniantah walked away from the building, believing it to have been abandoned like all the others. He looked up at the sky. It was getting dark. The gangs came out when the sun went down, and no-one was safe.
He sought shelter with an elderly couple, how they had survived this long he did not know, but he knew they would not last any longer. They were the only ones who didn't run away or point weapons at him as he walked back down the massive road. He kept them alive overnight, and they gave him a bed for the day.
When he left, Deniantah gave the couple a pack of medical supplies, including several syringes of various "performance enhancing" drugs. The couple had given him a box labelled "Sword Ammo". He didn't question them. "It will save your life, young man", they said. In a world where magic had returned, you learned to trust people when they said that someone or something "will save your life".
Continuing along the road, Deniantah came across the body of a gang member. The blood was still pouring from the knife wound in his chest. His "cyber-eyes" told him that he had died only minutes ago. Deniantah wasted no time rumaging through his pockets, finding a small sum of money, a bloodied knife, a few shotgun shells, and a key, probably to a car, or a bike.
Deniantah was careful to avoid other gang members for the rest of the day; they don't like to be robbed.

Hobbling around inside the building, Ikkit was going around in an enthusiastic manner, with an excited grin. He was getting more medical experience than he had gotten for a while.
The large beast was going around offering free service to those that were injured. There had been quite a few, but there was a probability that it might've not been because Ikkit was charging free of service. Those who hadn't been smart enough to hide their wounds when the doctor dressed troll came along, got harassed by his odorous smell and not listening to any nos until they allowed the troll to examine them.
There had been a lot of medical failures, well only medical failures, but Ikkit just had that feeling that he'd learned his lesson and was ready for another try. Though because of his obsolete mind, he wasn't learning anything, especially to be careful when removing a giant shard of metal in somebodies chest that was keeping him alive from letting all the blood getting out.
Either way now was a good day for Ikkit has he went around with his medical toolbox and his syringe.

Deren was woken up by the alarm that rang throughout the building. He ran to the security room, and looked at the screens. He saw a violent cyborg attempting to get into the building. He laughed at the thought, that guy had no chance of getting in.
The doors were 10 meters thick, and the walls around the outside were twice that. They were made of a metallic compound brought to Earth by the aliens, and they had shown the humans howe to manufacture it for themselves before they died. It was stronger than diamonds, and could be used to store magic if treated correctly.
The guy walked away, and Deren decided to follow him. There was a major problem, though. The gravity lift had stopped working, and no-one could get it working. So he had to take the stairs. From the second highest floorright down to ground. He got down on one knee, and said "Light give me strength". He was filled with hope, and began his descent. It was 12 hours before he reached the bottom, and by that time he had fallen asleep from exhaustion.
When he awoke, Deren remembered what he was doing and asked to be let out of the building. The doors began to open slowly. It took ten minutes until they were fully open. He darted out, and the doors sealed shut in less than a second. He ran in the direction that the man had gone, until he came across an elderly couple that asked for his assistance. He could not refuse a plea for help, so he followed the couple into the basement that acted as their home. They asked him to open their safe for them, as they had forgotten the combination, and they could not force it open.
Deren drew his blade, and it whispered to him "A safe? Is that all? You could brea... wait. There's something in that safe. Whatever it is, it's full of magic. Put me back, I would probably damage the thing."
He put the blade back, and instead called upon the holy powers he worshipped to open the safe.
"Holy Light, hear my call! Grant me the strength I need to help these nice people!"
Deren's armour began to glow, as did his eyes and hair. He drew his fist back, and put everything the Light had given him into it. He smashed the safe to pieces, and revealed a glowing white orb the size of an apple.
Deren picked it up, and the couple said "Thank you for freeing us, you may keep the orb". And with that, the elderly couple faded away into nothing.
