This site is insanely helpful! Just scroll down and find the language you're interested in, the links they provide MAY have very detailed lessons, and great lessons for beginners at the least whee

When I offer to find language learning websites for people, that's the first place I look. xd
I also like:
http://sites.google.com/site/soyouwanttolearnalanguage/ (This one has separate categories for websites for specific languages, language in general, podcasts, ebooks, university courses, etc.)
http://sites.google.com/site/links4languages/ (This one is organized by language, and seems to have a variety of languages, not concentrated on one region in particular)
http://www.zencollegelife.com/75-free-language-learning-resources-online/ (This one is more unorganized, but this useful)
http://www.lexiophiles.com/language-blog-toplist/top-100-language-blogs-2009-nominated-blogs-language-learning (This one is a list of the top 100 language blogs of 2009; there are some really cool ones is there)
http://www.transparent.com/language-resources/blogs.html (This website has a bunch of blogs dedicated to particular languages and cultures. These are professional, not amateur blogs, so they are good quality and don't get off-topic)
