In the center of the Arcinni kingdom is it's capital.It is where all war plans and other important matters are decided.The leader and vice live here and it is the most important city in the kingdom.

A soft humming could be heard as Nidelia was walking down the street smiling at all the passers by. She had gotten done with her paper work and had decided to go for a walk. She had left her sword and cross bow inside her office so she looked like an everyday citizen except for her kimono was more higher ranking looking, or better tailored.
She came to stop in front of Trey. "My lord," she said bowing before him.

Snow continues walking around the area looking for anything that may catch his interest. He notices several new looking restaurant type buildings around in one location and thinks it may be a good idea to check them out. They may have some interesting food inside. "I guess I am a bit hungry. I didn't eat breakfast." He says to himself low enough so that others most likely wouldn't hear. He crosses his arms as he looks into the air and watches the clouds slowly ride by. "...Peaceful today too Mother." He says as his scarlet red eyes glisten in the light of the sun just a bit. He would then go to pick a building to eat in.

(okay they did not actually say anything but we can act like they did.)Trey tells her about a small strategy they had worked out.Then he sees someone in a restaraunt.He walks over to him and says,"Hello.I'm Trey Umida.I've never seen you around."Trey doesn't mention that he's leader of Arcinni.

Nidelia listened intently and was about to reply as he got up and went over to talk to the new comer. She stood up and followed over and smiled at the man. "Hello," she said cheerfully.

Snow was in the middle of eating some strange, but lushly good dumplings as he looks up to see two others standing by him smiling and saying hello. He's actually never seen them before and begins to smile a bit himself from nervousness. Once he swallows the dumpling he turn around in his chair and stands to bow towards the pair. "Hello there. My names Snow Law, a Knight." He says not really knowing what else to say. He hopes that was enough to give off a good vibe to the other two.
