The Imperial City is basically the headquarters for the Imperial Knights. There is the upper and lower quarter. The upper quarter holds the Headquarters, as well as noble families, and the lower quarter is a home for commoners and workers. The city has a working barrier, but it is split into two, for the lower and upper quarter. Sadly, the lower quarters blastia, which is in its fountain in the Central, breaks very easily.
