Anyone ever heard of/played house of the dead, A Rail Shooter filled with zombies (and for HoTD2 bad voiceacting)?

Played it, loved it, hated the movie. Seriously though, that movie SUUUCCCKKKKEED!!

Saila Lyuna Played it, loved it, hated the movie. Seriously though, that movie SUUUCCCKKKKEED!! I agree with you 100% on that movie. When I first saw the box art I was like..."Awesome!" Then I watched the movie......."What the heck is this! Where is Rogan or G! Where is the 'House'! Where is everything!" Then the second movie came out all i said was "No."

What I want to see is HotD4 come out on consoles...I have serious doubt about that though its been 5 years since it came out to the arcades still no HotD4 on consoles. I understand that graphics are sort of high on it, but a xbox 360/ps3 can handle them.

Speaking of Rail Shooters is there any other RS out there on any console? I would really love to play some without going to an arcade (also considering the fact that this town doesn't have an arcade lol.)

Moro Soro Speaking of Rail Shooters is there any other RS out there on any console? I would really love to play some without going to an arcade (also considering the fact that this town doesn't have an arcade lol.) Tried Resident Evil: Umbrella Chronicles?

Yeah, most rail shooters out for consoles are on the Wii now, whih is a helluva lot easier than other consoles. If not the Wii, I have 2 for the PS2 called "Dinostalker" and "Vampire Night" Vampire Night is pretty fun, it comes with unlockable stuff you buy with money ingame. Unlocking a Minigun as well as silver bullets was badass at the time. It even gives you side quests for when you're playing as well as different paths to go through depending on what you shoot. For instance, a door is blocking your way. You can shoot it down and go through, or leave it and go around.
Dinostalker I found weird. You had to have a gun with a D-pad or a joystick in order to play because you are not "on rails", so to speak. You move yourself through the game. Sadly, I don't remember if there was a 2 player function or not. But I found the story pretty good, even though it's pretty warped. Literally.
Ah, I forgot Point Blank, which is also out for DS. It's more shooter rather than Rail Shooter because there is no story and you hardly ever moved. It's like that old duck hunter game modernized and with more stuff to shoot. Thank God that dog's not in it.
