I'm looking to hire 2++ colorists, and at least 1 lineart editor.
● Colorists will receive 100% of their earnings on flatsales and customs, and 75% of their earnings on auctions.
● You will be required to color all three stages when you color a pet; just in case you disappear when they need to grow
●You must be able to color in a timely manner when I ask for something.
● It is a requirement to be active in our thread. You may not not be active for like, a month, and just pop in with a colored pet you want to sell. If this happens, I'll most likely let you go.
● I understand real life is priority over Gaia, but please don't apply if you have hardly any time to devote to this shop.
● Colorists will be allowed to host their own mini events and such, but they will not be allowed to start an auction or flatsale without consent.
● You must have basic knowledge of how templates work, must be able to use PSD format, and you must be able to cert and grow your OWN creations.
● Also, AIM or MSN is a requirement. PM's are too slow, AND HOW ELSE CAN I SPAM YOU? 8D
● Annnd, you must be able to take criticism from sharsh, and work on how to improve it. It's not because I'm mean, it's just I want everyone to be the best they can be, and I'm a very honest person<3 So please don't take anything personally!
● Color at LEAST 3 samples! BEFORE you post your app!!

how long are you online: On average - at least 10 hours a week
past experience: Everywhere... x.x I Co-Owned 'Critter Haven', Colored for 'Wandering Moons', 'Darkened Illusions', 'OMGWTFBBQ COSPLAY KITTIES! O:!', was/is a Guest Artist for 'Spliced: The CRONUS Project' (The pets there have unique lines for each pet and the pets change over time. I'm no longer considered a Guest Artist there, but there are a couple of pets left that will eventually need new lining done.)

what's your opinion on the shop: I absolutely ADORE this shop. :3 I'm surprised they aren't superly sought out yet. o.o!
why do you want to color here: Well first of all... I adore the pet lines. The critters are the cutest, unique and very well drawn. But mostly - I'm looking to go to school to eventually become a Game Artist. I figured working at various B/C shops could help me better my skills in the mean time.
So in other words - I'm completely open to criticism, critiques, hints and tips to help make my art better. :3

do you have aim or msn: yus, AIM.
how long are you online: hours and hours. usually in the evenings, but a couple in the mornings sometimes if I don't work till later.
past experience: I've been colouring for about 10 years now with my tablet and my Photoshops, though both have been upgraded since I started, lol. I was a lead colourist/base editor for Cosmotropolis, which has since gone defunct due to management losing vs real life. sweatdrop

what's your opinion on the shop: Looks clean, well-organized, and fun. :3 The pets are super super cute, I love them to bits, and they're so fun to play with colours and patterns on.
why do you want to color here: Beecause I need ze monies, and I find these guys super adorable, and thus quite enjoyable to work with. :3 I love to colour but I hate to draw outside of editing bases, so being a colourist/line editor again would be super-fab. heart
edit: I had to add another little fellow to the Lineart Editing samples, because I had Tainted Love stuck in my head for two days and he just popped into my mind's eye. XD; Very minor edits but I think he's cute.
