Planetary Name:
Vuutar

Solar System:
Inner Rim, Close to the Center of the Galaxy

Moon(s):
The moons of Vuutar are known as the Nine Twin Moons.

Jan'Dara (John-dar-ruh)
Jan'Dara is one of the two moons that orbit the planet Vuutar. The surface of this moon is molten, completely covered in volcanoes do to the high intensity radiation from the Light Ring when it passes too close to the moon. It's home to many lava and fire creatures, and glows red at night. It is always a brilliant red color, as if dipped in blood.

Kal'Dara (Kal-dar-ruh)
Kal'Dara is the complete polar opposite of Jan'Dara, and is in fact a frozen place, covered in volcanoes that send out Liquid Nitrogen with each eruption. It is always a brilliant blue color due to how far south the moon is in orbit.

Other Moons
There are 7 other moons, always arranged in various paths across the sky resembling a crescent pattern. The other 7 are all colored various shades of green or blue, but always Kal'Dara is the farthest to the left of the sky, and Jan'Dara is always the farthest to the right.

Sun(s):
There is no sun for this planet. Instead, there is a light ring, a band of energy that moves across the planet far slower than the rotation of the night to day on most planets. The band of energy is slightly bluish-green in color, and thus the surface of Vuutar has a the same kind of light. Due to this, Vuutarians can see in the Ultra-violet spectrum, as well as Infra Red. The light quality is almost perpetually that of Twilight.

Planetary Size:
Three times as large as the planet Earth.

Terrain:
There are three continents on Vuutar, each of a different type of terrain.

The largest, and the one that spreads in a ring east and west across the world covering 70% of the planet, is the land of the Vel'Gar (Vell-gaar), those that in the Basic Tongue mean the "Tigra Tribe". It is a vast, humid jungle that houses many of the most dangerous predators, including the savage Vel'Gar. There are many small rivers and streams, but no known lakes.

The smallest continent of the world, covering barely 6% of the world, is the icelands of the Um'Gar (oom-gaar), which translates as "Panther Tribe" in Basic. The Icelands are filled with the largest creatures on Vuutar, and is home to such ancient races as the Gen'dar'on (meaning "People of the Mountain") and of course the Um'Bar. There are many lakes on this continent, most frozen over and those that aren't being the most dangerous waters in the world.

The final continent is the massive grasslands, covering 16% of the world, and they are home to the Rhom'Gar (Roam-Gaar), translated in Basic as the "Lynx Tribe". The Grasslands are home to the fast horse-like creatures called Femma (fem-mah), as well as the rapid hunters called Xzaldona (zaal-doan-ah). There are rolling hills, and a LOT of water. This is the only continent where Lakes are known to reside.

Atmosphere:
The air of Vuutar is exactly the same as that of Earth, with just a bit more oxygen than most would desire.

Main Capitol:
There are several "Main" cities in the world of Vuutar. Each of the sentient Tribes has a capital, and then there is the Trade Capital. They are:

Vel'Baragan (Vell-Ba-RAA-gun) -
The city of Vel'Baragan is a vast network of tree houses, some large enough to be towers. The center of which is the large Temple to the God of Earth and Fire, Jan'Dara, whom the Moon is named after. Vel'Baragan is the home of the Vel'Gar, and because of their strict military ways the entire city is built much like a fortress, or fortified compound. Strict security checks the DNA of everyone who enters against the records of those who live within, and if it doesn't match the one seeking entrance is executed then and there. Because of this the paths leading to the city is called Vandraga ket Talga, literally meaning "the Crimson Path". All of the buildings are made of Kempa, the strongest metal known to exist on the planet. It is a deterrent to Force Users, for the metal does to Force Users what Kryptonite did to Superman. Because of this, there are no Force Users in Vel'Baragan. Another notable fact is that the warships and offensive technology of Vuutar is built here. There are barracks everywhere, and among the capitals, Vel'Baragan has the most numerous military.

Um'Baragan (Oom-Ba-RAA-gun) -
Um'Baragan is by far the most peaceful and majestic of the Vuutarian capital cities. The Um'Gar are, by far, the most peaceful and defensive of the races inhabiting Vuutar, and it is shown in their capital of Um'Baragan. Built of gleaming crystal that focuses and amplifies the Force, the city is all spires that reflect the light in a myriad of colors. Because of this, the city was nicknamed "Starspire". The crystal, called I'tang (ee-tong), has been proven to be indestructible to all known ways of destruction in the Galaxy, as well as a much sought after Lightsaber Crystal, since it focuses the user's mind, giving their Force powers an increase in power that no other crystal can give. Now, for the city itself. Here is where the defensive items of the Vuutar world are created, from carrier ships to healing vessels and personal shields. It is also here that their **secret technology** is designed. The great spires and towers of Um'Baragan surround a massive Temple to the ninth moon, the blue Kal'Dara. There are schools all around the city, meditation areas and places for others to contemplate the Force and the Universe. For Security, the giant race known as Gen'da'ron watch the walls, their bodies harder than durasteel and their bodies able to give out massive amounts of damage, even if they weren't Force Sensitives.

Rhom'Baragan (Roam-Ba-RAA-gun) -

Givil'Baragan (Gi-Vill-Ba-RAA-gun) -

Minor Cities and Places of Interest:
List the cities that have a wide enough population to be considered a city. Along with places important to the planet, such as burial grounds and ancient temples.

Ordinary Day and Year:
Days
A normal day lasts, as calculated by Earth time, 48 hours. There is"daylight" that casts the world into something barely above torchlight which lasts about 20 hours of the day, while Night, which is light by the Nine Twin Moon, lasts for a total of 28 hours.

Years
A normal year lasts, as calculated by earth time, four earth years to their one. Because of this, Vuutarians can live for up to several hundred years in Earth time, because on their planet it seems so much less.

Currency:
Trade is by far the most normal of the planet's oddities. They trade using a credit system, which is measured in bars of Odarum, their most common metal.

Natural Resources:
Vuutarian Power Cells ==> Has the power of two supernova's, and is considered the greatest power source in the galaxy for any kind of ship, considering the cells are smaller than a quarter, and thus can be stacked easily.

Kempa ==> Kempa is a metal that resembles the skin of an insect. It is silver, but if shown in a reflection the metal is blue. It is naturally resistant to the Force, and project a bubble that stops all Force Powers within 50 feet of a single gram of it. The metal is heavy, and is only used for the construction of ships and cities, and cannot be used for conventional armor except by the Rhom'Gar. It is only mined from the skins of the Galga, a monstrous Dragon-like Creature.

I'tonga ==> I'tonga is a crystal that is exceedingly rare, and is in fact a natural amplifier of the Force. How it can be shaped is a secret that only the Um'Gar know, and it is a secret bound by ancient oath that no Um'Gar can ever break.

Friendly or Hostile:
The Um'Gar look upon outsiders suspiciously, while the Kel'Gar generally accept most people. However, the Rhom'Gar are accepting of everyone and everything, but gaining their trust is almost impossible, but rewarding when done.

Civilized Species Identification:
The three are Kel'Gar, the Um'Gar, and the Rhom'Gar.

Civilized Species Life Expectancy:
300 years their time (1200 years Earth Time).

Civilized Species Appearance:
Universal
All Vuutarians, all the Garta (tribe folk) anyway, are giant, bipedal felines. No Garta is under seven and a half feet tall, with fur covering their bodies, a pair of cat ears, and cat eyes. They all have tails (which type they are determines length and size), and strangest of all, all Garta are born with four fully functional arms. Garta are built to walk both on two legs AND on all six. Each arm has five fingers that can extend or retract claws that can scratch a diamond.

Kel'Gar
The Kel'Gar, the so-called "Tiger Tribe", are the enforcers and soldiers of Vuutar, and their bodies are designed just for that. Kel'Gar have stripes covering almost all of their fur. However, these stripes can be any color, as can the fur of the Kel'Gar. Eye color ranges only in shades of green, never able to attain a different color, even when using genetic technology. They are superbly built, able to run for hours at a time without getting tired. They are the medium Garta, ranging from eight to nine feet eleven inches tall, but never more. They are athletic, able to run, climb, and fight for hours. That is how they are built, to be the best warriors of their planet. Female's are a bit more muscular than the males, though their bodies are also slimmer and more athletic, more built for speed than strength. Their breasts protrude from their fur, and their genitalia are covered by thick fur that hides it even when standing.

Um'Gar
The Um'Gar, also known as the "Panther Tribe", are the thinkers of Vuutar. The Force Sensitives, the Wise, the councilors of the Kel'Gar and the Scientists. Um'Gar always have completely black fur, yet oddly they have spirals across their fur that vary to any color. These patterns are never completely the same, though the spiral formations on their chests always bear similar design to those of family members. That is the only way to know whom is family to another Um'Gar without them telling you. They are the shortest of the Garta, ranging from six and a half feet tall to eight feet tall, and no more. Their bodies, however, were not built for being physically strong, so their bodies are not as muscular as the Rhom'Gar and the Kel'Gar. Their hands are thinner, made more for fine work, such as circuitry, than the Kel'Gar or Rhom'Gar. Females among the Um'Gar have more angular faces, and their eyes, which for the Um'Gar are always shades of blue, are slanted more. Their ears and limps are sleeker, more dexterous than their male counterparts. Their breasts protrude from their fur, and their genitalia are covered by thick fur that hides it even when standing.

Rhom'Gar
Rhom'Gar, translated as "Lynx Tribe", are the field workers of the Garta, and their bodies are built more for lifting, more for general strength. The physically largest of the Garta, the Rhom'Gar stand from ten to thirteen feet tall, their four arms ropey with muscle. Their fur, usually a tawny, splotchy tan color, has spots covering their bodies, the pattern of which determines gender and family. The tips of the ears of a Rhom'Gar have black tufts, and behind their heads, down their back, is a large mane. Beneath their fur there is a solid layer of skin that, in short, is as hard as Durasteel. It is for this reason that few Rhom'Gar, if any, wear clothes of any sort. Females have it, yet it is shorter due to their gender. The only difference between males and females is the structure of their bodies. While Males are more muscular, more massive in build, females just are thinner, with the same amount of strength but nowhere near as massive. Their two breasts protrude from their fur, and their genitalia are covered with a sort of layer of fur that is thicker than fur elsewhere.

Civilized Species Dress Code:
Kel'Gar
Kel'Gar wear clothes that others would find a bit too relaxed. Males often wear vests with tight pants that reveal the athletic build of their race. Colors are always chosen based on the personal preference of the Garta, but usually it matches the colors of their fur and their stripes. Bandannas are common, but Kel'Gar never wear piercings. Their feet, if they wear any footwear, are covered in either boots or a sort of feet wrapping made of a sort of leaf that is similar to leather in texture.

Um'Gar
Um'Gar are extremely formal in dress, often wearing robes or dresses wherever they go. Jewelry is abundant in their culture, often wearing earrings, lip rings, eyebrow rings, n****e rings, and rings attached to other more private parts of their bodies. Finger and toe rings are also in fashion, and as footwear they often wear sandals or the foot wrapping that the Kel'Gar have created.

Rhom'Gar
The Rhom'Gar are a bit odd in their dress. They adopted the love of jewelry from the Um'Gar, even going a bit beyond and piercing their noses and other extremities. For clothes, however, they wear one or two things, based on gender. If male, they will wear only either a pair of pants, or a loincloth. For females, either pants and an extremely short top that barely covers their breasts, or a loincloth with the same top.

Civilized Species Genders:
Kel'Gar
Male, Female, and from 1-6 Hon'Te (Children) per birth

Um'Gar
Male, Female, and from 1-4 Hon'Te (Children) per birth

Rhom'Gar

Male, Female, and from 1-10 Hon'Te (Children) per birth

Civilized Species Hierarchy:
Do they follow Parliament, a Senate, a King and Queen, a Tribe Leader, a Shaman? What? Name it here.
Kel'Gar
The Kel'Gar have one ruler, a dictator named Kevar. His word is law, and none will challenge him.

Um'Gar
The Um'Gar are led by an extremely powerful Council, the most powerful and wise of the Force Users of the race. There are always 9, no matter what, and each is as powerful, or more so, than the Jedi Council.

Rhom'Gar
The Rhom'Gar are led by a Shaman, a force Sensitive that speaks to them in their dreams and who's voice is so wise that all listen.

Civilized Species Religion:
Kel'Gar
The Kel'Gar worship the God of Fire and Earth, Jan'Dara. In the religion, which requires the sacrifice of live food stock, the red moon of the same name is the physical manifestation of the power of their God. Their religion, which isn't really important to their society except during the season that others would call "Summer". During this time volcanoes deep underground push lava to the surface, and at this time the Kel'Gar sacrifice through ceremony to keep their God dormant and asleep, else their forest homes would burn.

Um'Gar
The Um'Gar worship the Goddess of Water and Sky, Kal'Dara. In the religion, which requires a purifying ritual to be performed upon waking and before falling asleep, the blue moon of the same name is the physical manifestation of the power of their Goddess. Their religion is important, for to the Um'Gar their powers over the Force is gifted by Kal'Dara. They must say a prayer over a bowl of water, and at the end blow into the bowl, adding air into the mix. Then, they drink it, and speak another prayer, and the ritual is over. Sharing this ritual with another is considered the same as sex in the Um'Gar's culture.

Rhom'Gar
Rhom'Gar worship the seven nameless moons, as givers of life. The Light Band is the Father of their species, while the moons are their mother. No one knows if the Rhom'Gar have anything else to their religion.

Civilized Species Language:
The Language
The Language of the Garta is a combination of body language with growls, wines, and snarls, very quick and difficult to follow if one does not know how to speak/move it. Very similar to how literal felines communicate. The only difference is the accent, which is determined by the race.

Kel'Gar
The Kel'Gar use their arms and hips to accent their speaking, something the others do not.

Um'Gar
The Um'Gar use their fingers and nose to communicate, usually through twitching or rapid gestures.

Rhom'Gar
The Rhom'Gar use their ears, eyes, and the whole of their face. They are perhaps the easiest to read when speaking the Garta language.

Civilized Species Racial Traits:
Universal
All Garta have a very peculiar power. For some unknown reason, perhaps a planetary history of massive storm fronts, the Garta have the ability to charge up electricity in their body, usually by touching something electrical or absorbing pure energy, like the kind of energy that Lightsabers and most Blasters produce. By pulling the energy into themselves, the Garta's fur stands on end, making them look like puffballs. However, they have two choices. Either to spit the electricity out through their mouth in a titanic blast, or to send it out in waves that shuts down machines, destroys circuits, and hurts all living things, even causing some to explode. Now, there are other powers that Garta have. They can all see in the dark, and they all have a sense of smell that is ten times as strong as a normal human.

Kel'Gar
Kal'Gar as the second strongest of the Garta races. This means that they are ten times as strong as a strong human. All Kel'Gar have exceptional abilities with Tactics, and are incredible generals.

Um'Gar
Um'Gar as the physically weakest of the Garta races. This means that they are five times as strong as a strong human. Um'Gar have a sixth sense about the Force, and can sense it being used twice as far as the average Jedi Master.

Rhom'Gar

Rhom'Gar are the physically strongest of the Garta Race. They are able to life up to thirty times that of a strong human, and their strength can shatter boulders with ease. Rhom'Gar are incredibly fast, though they are still the slowest of the Garta. However, they have something called a Xzenga, translated as "Battle Fury", in which they grow so angry that their already massive strength is tripled, their size doubled, and in general becoming FAR more dangerous.

Civilized Species Customs:
Kel'Gar
Same as what would be normal for Earth in America.

Um'Gar
The Um'Gar are more strict than the Kel'Gar by far. Any topic concerning sex, nudity, or intimacy is taboo, and highly frowned on. Too much skin shown by an Um'Gar is considered a crime, punishable by the community. In short, democracy rules here, and many punishments are handed out by the villagers, rather than the High Council that governs the Um'Gar people.

Rhom'Gar

The Rhom'Gar have almost no customs, other than that you must be polite to everyone. Because of how they are used as labor workers for both of the other Garta, the Rhom'Gar are required to follow whatever they are told to do. Also, Rhom'Gar are known to sometimes, rarely, choose someone outside of the Garta to "bond" to. If they do, they are bonded to that person for life, doing what they can to support, defend, and generally help that person. The only problem is that Rhom'Gar usually don't inform the person they are bonded to that they are...well... bonded to them.

Civilized Species Military:
Kel'Gar
The Kel'Gar are the military forces of the Garta. Though there are many other races on the planet Vuutar, the Kel'Gar are the ones that build the massive warships, the fighters and interceptors, the speed and heavy drop ships. They are the pilots, and troopers, and the leaders of the military force of Vuutar. Their ships are literally innumerable, as none have ever been seen to run out. Their ships are the most heavily armored and shielded, with the most power source, in most of the known galaxy.

Um'Gar
The Um'Gar are practitioners of the Force, but that isn't all they do. They are experts at defense and odd sciences, and thus they are the ones that design and produce the defensive shields, armor, and other devices. They supply Force Users as medics in the Army, as well as the specialized troops, such as Assassins, should the need arise.

Rhom'Gar
Rhom'Gar are the shock troops, what with their Xzenga trait and their massive strength and superb defense. They are always sent in first, always to take out the most enemies before the Kel'Gar rush in to finish up what's left of them.

Force Sensitives:
Kel'Gar
Due to the metal of their homes, Kel'Gar are never force sensitive.

Um'Gar
Um'Gar, to a one, are ALL Force Sensitive. However, they view it as a connection with their God, and thus they are no aware that there is a Dark or Light Side to it. So they are masters of the Force, extremely so, but they use both Light and Dark as they see fit.

Rhom'Gar
Some are, some aren't. Those who are become some of the strongest to exist, considering their size and natural Strength. Most of the time, those who do become a Jedi are bonded to their Master, and those that are Sith are bonded to a Sith Lord.

Civilized Species Technology:
What is the level of technological advancement on this planet? What sorts of technology do they have? Can they space travel? Do they have great medical coverage? Stuff of that nature
Universal
Space Flight is used, and their ships are quite fast. But it's the massive Kel'Gar War Ships that are so feared.

Kel'Gar
The Kel'Gar make the weapons and Warships for the Garta. Their weapons are made of Vuutarian energy, which is a highpowered energy that destabilizes all matter it strike, reducing matter back to its base fluid. Warships of the Kel'Gar are faster, more durable, and often carry enough weaponry to shame a Star Destroyer. They have melee weapons, claw bracers that extend energy beams for claws. These are exceedingly close in design to a Lightsaber, but you cannot implement crystals into their use. Kel'Gar also happen to have the technology to use disruption weapons, weapons that literally turn those struck into dust upon impact, in one hand. Their rifles are small enough to be used in one hand, making them highly dangerous.

Um'Gar
The Um'Gar are advanced with Defensive technology as well as medical technology. While their healing capabilities cannot surpass that of Kolto, its better than the generic stuff they replaced the Kolto with. They are best at the ability to surgically splice your mind. They know how to cure insanity, and all sorts of mental afflictions....and put them in. Their personal shields give one a field plate that spreads over your body, but is as light as air, making it highly defensive but at the same time light enough to run in without hindrance. Their medical ships also have the ability to regrow limbs, though the process is expensive and time consuming.

Rhom'Gar
The Rhom'Gar technology is a secret, something none have yet seen and lived to tell about. It is the technology to make things FAR bigger on the inside. Their drop ships are often the size of a small Mandalorian Basilisk Wardroid, but on the inside it could actually be a thousand times bigger, able to hold thousands of troops. This works for their blasters and weapons as well. Their blasters, which use actual ammunition, but abnormal ammunition. Each shot, when it strikes something metal, ignites a miniature, short lived, black hole where it lands. This often causes the intended victim to implode. However, these rounds are large, and the blasters unable to fire them normally, but with the Extradimensional spaces within them each blaster can hold up to 10 of these rounds, and a thousand I'tonga Crystallized rounds. Their melee weapons, which are always either Cleavers or Hammers, are folded up into small black sticks. However, when activated, them become massive weapons that come with a shield around it that repulses energy based blaster fire. This has led to many opponents underestimating the Rhom'Gar technologically, usually as long as it took to pull out a cannon from their asses.

Civilized Species Housing:
Kel'Gar
Kel'Gar live in large metal fortresses that prohibit all Force powers, as well as repel almost everything thrown at them.

Um'Gar
Um'Gar live in crystal towers, made from I'tonga crystal.

Rhom'Gar

Rhom'Gar, despite their amazing technology, only live in huts, small places meant to house only a few. The Rhom'Gar, however, made these huts bigger on the inside, living in rather comfortable homes.

Civilized Species Enemies and Allies:
Vuutar has barely become known. Only a few know of their existence as of yet.

List of Creatures incapable of humanoid thought:

● Gen'da'ron
● Galga

Packs or Rogue:

● Galga ==> Travel in packs of 1-4
● Gen'da'ron ==> Travel in "families" of 1-3

Creature Appearence:

● Gen'da'ron ==> Large, giant like creatures with metal scales covering their bodies. They are highly intelligent for animals, and are called "Worldshapers" for a reason. They are able to move the earth with their minds. They are easily between twenty and thirty-five feet tall, with a sort of ogreish look to them. Their large tusks are the only things able to penetrate through I'tonga, though it is still a long and painful process. They listen only to the Um'Gar, whom raise them from birth.
● Galga ==> Large, draconic like creatures that have metal covering their bodies. The metal is the metal that the Kel'Gar use for everything, called Kempa, and it is mined when the Galga shed their scales once every two months. The creatures are the size of large horses, with razor sharp teeth, and are considered distant cousins to the Krayt Dragons.

Hunted or Avoided:

● Galga ==> Raised as pets for their metal scales.
● Gen'da'ron ==> Used to mind I'tonga, as well as move the earth for homes.

Abundant or Scarce:

● Galga ==> Many, somewhere between 100 and 150 thousand at a time
● Gen'da'ron ==> Many, somewhere between 10 and 15 thousand at a time

Edible Vegetation:

● Fen'ga ==> Fen'ga is a plant that looks like a rose, except that it is black with red spots. The flower itself is toxic enough that to even touch it with your bare hands could kill you instantly. However, the root of the flower can make one highly resistant to almost every known form of poison, while the root of the actual plant can cure the same. This is a plant that blooms in the mountains of the Icelands.

● Bnui'viera (Ben-you-vyair-uh) ==> This highly rare and extremely potent plant literally removes the power to use, let alone sense, the Force in any way. It looks like a small blue lily, though the plant it is attached to it an enormous man-eating plant, similar to the Venus Fly Trap. If the flower's petals are steaped into a tea, any Force Users who drink it will be unable to use any Force powers, and actually suffer numbness throughout their body. If 4 petals are placed in it, the drinker will find themselves unable to move as well as not be able to feel nor use the Force. It's taste is similar to that of Jasmine Tea.

Hostile Vegetation:

● Vonga ==> Vonga is a poisonous living vine, something that feeds on the blood of those it kills. Thorns cover its length, and those that touch it will instantly find themselves attached to the creature till it bleeds them dry. However, it is the thorns that are poisonous. The Thorns, which can be used as darts, cause the person touched to become unable to control their motor functions, or speak in any way. This causes the victims of the plant to simply lay there and be drained to death, feeling every excruciating second of the experience as their blood is sapped from their veins.

Tree like Vegetation:

● Gal'gor ==> The trees of the Kel'Gar homeland. The trees are massive, reaching for over a mile high and hundreds of feet thick. They're leaves are what make the foot wrappings that the Kel'Gar often wear. The leaves are tougher than leather, and when wet becomes almost entirely unbreakable.

Anything Else:
● All Rhom'Gar must follow any command an Um'Gar or Kel'Gar gives them. The only exception is if you are personally bonded to another entity, in which case you will follow what your Bond Mate says over the other Garta.
● All Rhom'Gar who go off planet MUST have someone they are bonded to shortly after leaving the planet. Go more than a week without one, and your character will be kill immediately.
● Keep in mind that unless they are ordered to do something, Rhom'Gar are still independant. They do what they like. Only when another Garta or their Bond Mate orders them to do something will they be forced to do anything.
● Bond Mates can be anything. A planet, a Plant, an Animal, a Person, a Ship, anything. Anything at all.
● Rhom'Gar are only able to be a Jedi Guardian or Weapon Master. Other than the ability to use a Lightsaber and sense the Force, they cannot use any other Force Powers. No Healing, Jump, Lightning, nothing. But they can make some of the most deadly melee combatants in the Galaxy
● Because of the Garta's enhanced Hearing and Smelling, they are weak against it. If a Gas would hit them, it's almost impossible to resist the effects of the gas without them wearing a full gas-mask. For Hearing, loud weapons, such as Sonic Screamers, would cause massive migraines.
