So you want to make or join a event, well then read these rule's before doing so....
Event Maker's
1. If you are going to make contest's you will have to pay up the prizes unless the rule's have been broken. We will know if you changed the rule's.
2. No making events that go against gaia T.O.S such as; Giant cybering party in towns!!!1!... Anyone caught doing that will be banned from the guild and possibly reported.
3. To go with the above rule you cannot break any guild rule's either.
4. If you have to cancel for any reasons don't fret if you can get a hold of one of the appointed mods for this forum they could maybe takeover the event and watch over it for you. Or tell everyone it is canceled.
Eventee's (ya I made it up so what all it means is that your going to a event.)
1. First up when at a event behave yourself and don't break any of the gaia T.O.S or you will be removed from the guild and reported.
2. Secondly don't make a a** of yourself when at a event, if someone makes a event such as; Anime lovers meet up or something and you don't like anime don't go there annoying them. You will be kicked out of the guild.
3. Follow the set rules of the event and if it has a contest follow those rules. okay!!! if you fail to obey this rule you will get 1 chance if you blow it the next time you do it you are banned from the guild.
To enforce any of these rules such as getting someone banned make sure you get a screen shot for one and contact me with your evidence.
