at the top there is the Captain, below the captain is the VC (called Top Executives, or the Big 4) who are each in charge of the 4 different functions of the Organization. zOMG, Forum Mods, Roleplaying, and Publicity and recruiting.
Below each of the Big 4 are four crew members who help the top executives.
Now, crew members are representatives from other organizations. They are called executives these members are full members of the Family (think of them as senior members). Normal members are associates of the Millennion but are not yet in the family (think of them as junior members).
