Welcome There are millions of roleplayers on Gaia. I'm one of them. Let me ask you something. Have you ever gone on an endless search in Barton town for an RP that you would remotely be interested in? That fits your expectations for literacy and topic? I know I am one of those people. Constantly searching.
That's why I created this guild. Solely for the purpose of searching for roleplays and roleplayERS. Heads Up: This is NOT a guild in which you roleplay in. Go to another guild for that. This is simply if you are searching/recruiting/wanting something inparticular.

Rules ● Again, this is not a roleplaying guild. It is only encouraging the aspect of roleplays. ● Unlike most other guilds, bumping is encouraged! It shows us which RP is active and still needs people! ● As expected, be nice to your fellow Gaians. If someone is become difficult, report it to me and I will take care of it. Though, I doubt/do not hope this will become a problem.● There is no need for foul language on this guild, so please keep your potty mouth to yourself.● Do not post in the main thread unless you are a crew/vice-captain or have been given permission by me. Sub-forums are free for anyone to use, just not the main thread.● I don't have any requirements on active posting. Though, I would still like people to use it as a reference on a consistent basis. I did not make this guild for myself, I made it for our fellow roleplayers. In other words, I will not ban you if you don't post for a week because I believe that's a little unreasonable. ● I only have ONE literacy requirment. And that is that you are NOT illiterate. If you are, I'd suggest you not join this guild because not many people will want you in their RP. This guild is for roleplayers semi-lit and above. ● As you can see, I am lax with rules and they're pretty easy to understand and follow. As long as you are civil and follow the Gaia rules, then I am fine and happy to have you listed in the Yellowbook (:

Ranks Members: This is what we need! Always! Always more Members! I don't expect every member to come to this place every single day. But when you are looking for a role-play, or you are a role-play owner and there is no one biting, please think of this place.
Just because you are not of the crew does not mean you cannot have responsibility. There are many things I need done. Jobs. Of course members can have jobs! You can help me with graphics, coding, recruiting, and more! Please see the following post, Job Offers, to see what all you could do. Crew: Currently, I do need Crew members but you have to prove yourself. Normally they are people that are dedicated to posting and promoting the guild. Possibly who have exceeded my expectations in jobs that they have preformed for me. Crew members have the power to review join requests, though most people who join WILL be accepted. The only reason you would not be would be if a: You are just so illiterate that you do not fit into a roleplaying category, or b: You have no history of being interested in roleplaying at all.
Depending on the jobs they perform (see job offer post), I will pay them slightly more than I would pay regular members. You have to prove yourself to me to be part of the Crew and it would also help if I have roleplayed with me in the past and know of you. Vice-Captain: Second-in-command, hand chosen by me usually. Someone I trust to run the guild in my absense. Should I decide to drop the guild, I leave them in charge. They handle join requests and work on recruiting as the Crew also will. They will also handle banning certain users should they be a problem and review reports (if any). Captain: I rule all. Any questions?

Job OffersGraphic DesignI'd like some wicked awesome banners for people to put on their profiles, signatures, etc. All I require in it is the title of the guild. The rest is up to your imagination. RecruitingThis is what I need a lot of!! I will give you 1k for every 10 people you recruit who put YOUR name on their application. However, you are in charge of keeping track of how many people you recruit. If I find out you lied on the people you got, I will ban you. Simple as that.
Those are all the jobs I have/can think of now. If you're particularly amazing at something that you think you could do for the guild, contact me, and we'll discuss it!If it turns out your AMAZING at making banners or you recruit tons of people, then I will make you part of the crew where I will give you a raise!
