Any questions for the Organization? Ask away.
"why is The Millennion a Guild and not a Clan?"
This is simple, although we are mainly a zOMG guild we have strong ties with other guilds across Gaia that have nothing to do with zOMG. Besides our founding principles apply to all of Gaia, not just zOMG.
"How dose the ranking system work?"
The ranking system is different from other guilds, Crew members (Executives) are representatives from other Guilds/Clans or are those that have shown great interest in furthering the Organization.
The VC's (Top Executives) are the personal group the Captain (The Boss) has selected to help run the organization or those that have earned the Organizations respect.

This isn't a question. Just a statement.
For rp's I'm going to do one at a time. Kinda've like for a series of missions. This is because in my old guild people would start rp's that would never be finished. So this way, we can complete a mission before moving on and I'll just change the title. Is that okay?

Every member of our family is at least a crew member in there perspective guild, meaning they are among the most active in there organization.
We offer the skills and support that all of our organizations have pledged to the family.
For instance if a member needs banner or art-work done they can request help here, for all our organizations to see.
We have various organizations that specialize in various skills.

You can explain both if you can smile Sure, as a Representative here you can bring in help from other guild leaders to help in your guild or just use the alliance for recruiting purposes. As an organization you bring creditability to the alliance and offer your guilds skills to help other organizations while giving your guild publicity. biggrin
