it's confusing (even for me), but i'll try to clear it up.
Hikaru and Dumisa were fraternal twins, birthed by Malice. Hikaru was fathered by Thanatos, and Dumisa was fathered by Lucifer.
Aura was birthed by Thanatos, fathered by Lucifer; Rapha was birthed by Lucifer, fathered by Thanatos.
That means:
Hikaru - Rapha: step brothers > no blood relation
Hikaru - Dumisa: fraternal twins, half siblings > blood relation through Malice
Hikaru - Aura: half siblings > blood relation through Thanatos
Rapha - Dumisa: half siblings > blood relation through Lucifer
Rapha - Aura: siblings > blood relation through Lucifer/Thanatos
Dumisa - Aura: step sisters > no blood relation
