It's kind of annoying when zhaff bans people just because he doesn't like someone or disagrees with them.
I've already been banned twice and I know for a fact I'm not the only one who has been in the past. Why was he given a mod spot back in the first place? What does he do for the guild other than ban active members?
Back to my original point, banning people shouldn't be done so lightly unless there is a serious problem with a member. Even then, the member should at least be told once to cut whatever the ******** they were doing out before banning them. Banning shouldn't be done for the lulz or to show off one's mod powers. It's kind of counterproductive to all the people who insist that the guild needs more activity.
I've only seen zhaff do it. None of the other crew members are that gay. It would really help the guild if you didn't let zhaff do whatever the ******** he wants just because he's zhaff.

Zhaff is like, founder and s**t, so we can't just kick him off?

I have to agree with Ent on this. Bannings shouldn't be done for shits and giggles, or executed so hastily, especially when there is no rule breaking to speak of.
