This isn't relly an idea on how to improve the guild
But it is something you might want to consider
Since things are going downhill right now
Whenever you find out who is and isn't going to be active
It may be a good idea to restart the guild from scratch
I know it's extreme
But it may be what's best for the guild
I'm not saying it's the only solution
Just putting it out there
