Is anyone interested in a divergence rp of HOND (it starts either before or at a certain time in the movie)?

I'd love to get others on board for this idea and even hear potential plots they would like to start with the RP.

While I'd like to keep a historical feel to the RP, anyone interested can PM me and discuss 'bending' history.

I'm going to allow canon characters (including from some other films if they can fit in) and original characters.

If you want to be a canon character, I need your full interpretation of that character. If you want to be an original character, please tell me everything significant about them (appearance and affiliation, but also languages, education, and anything else you can think of).

All those approved will be pmed with a link to the thread once I have enough people interested.

Interpretation of Frollo: Claude Frollo always perceived himself to be just a Cog in a machine the nobles would rather pretend did not exist. But if he had to be a cog, he was going to be a good one. Before becoming judge—and later Minister of Justice—Claude had devoted himself to studies, much about the Bible and the punishment and wrongs of sins, as well as the law of the city and country, thus soon associating one with the other. Finding himself as a representative of the law, he shut himself away from any possible entertainments—though few there were that he considered for himself in the first place. Enjoyment of street performers would be seen as indulgence, low standards and tastes, and as an enemy to the nobles; any clothes beyond those necessary would be considered greed and possible bribery from merchants who undermine the nobles; and the enjoyment of event he company of a woman was out of the question as it meant lust, manipulation, and pretending to take the power of the nobles themselves. Sadly, Paris was full of such temptations and the perversion of such things. With no outlet to express being human, Frollo was close to becoming a monster.

This is also one of my favorites, so I'd love to be in a RP about it! I'll have to put a good amount of thought into how I'd interpret my character. And I'd probably like to be Clopin, 'cause he's my absolute favorite.

Could we make up our own characters?

OMG eek i was just thinking about this very subject xd i'd love to join in your rp, ^^ that is if the idea is still valid xD it has been awhile since you got a reply i see crying i just recently watched HOND again on television and it got me all in love with it again 4laugh now i know why i used to have a crush on Phoebus redface hahaha i've never done an rp on this kid of site though, i've only ever done it on an actual site dedicated to it. o.O so im not sure how it all works on these sites.
