Storyline
Kate Wolfe moves in with her grandmother after her father is murdered. Kate attends a new school, must make new friends, and watch out or the killer will get her next. Meanwhile, romance is blooming between Kate and her fellow classmate, James Lockwood. Determined to not get tied down by a relationship, Kate can't help but get drawn to him by his deep, dark blue eyes, and is unable to resist him. James makes Kate cut school with him, forget about her homework, and lie to her grandmother, but all the while Kate begins to help James by making sure he gets good grades and quits his awful smoking habit. His mild tough guy attitude and position on the hockey team are only to ditract him from his rough time at home, and Kate attempts to help him by telling him that her mother left her with her father when she was six, and her father died recently. Together they try to uncover the secrets of Kate' fathers death, but the closer they come to finding out what really happened, the closer Kate gets to being killed herself.

Personality: Kate is the type of girl who sticks up for herself and doesn't let anyone say anything bad about her or her friends. She fights for what she believes in and doesn't quit on something until she is finished.
Bio: When Kate was six years old, her mother, Kendra, left her and her father, Richard, because she didn't approve of Richard's career (being an author). She thought that he wouldn't amount to anything and he would ruin Kate's life. Richard became a very successful author and made thousands of dollars. Now, at the age of 17, Kate is mature, beautiful, and relies on her father to help her through the day. When her father is tragically murdered just weeks after his new book was published, she was sent away to her grandmother’s estate in the small town of Pointtree. She is now trying to begin a new life in the town she used to visit for a few weeks each summer.

He barely does homework, he cuts school most days of the week, but gets 90% or higher on his tests and quizes. He loves drawing and usually goes to school just for art class. He sticks up for himself and his friends, and protects the ones he loves. He is a really nice guy, you just need to get to know him.
Bio: James's father, Jake, left James and his mother, Marissa, when James was sixteen. After he left, James began smoking, yet his teeth always stayed white. He uses his position on the hockey team and mild tough guy attitude to distract him from his life at home. He loves to draw and he is best friends with the captain of the hockey team. James is great at every sport. He dates lots of girls, usually dumping them within a week or a few days, wondering who is the right girl for him.

Personality: Kiley is a very shy girl the moment you meet her. She keeps to herself, usually has a book glued to her face. She always is looking for that best friend she has yet to find. She often isn't noticed in the room but she does insert her strong opinion. When you get to know her better, Kailey is smart, bubbly, outgoing, kind and loving, gentle, and quite a sweet heart. Her number one priority in life is her friends, whom she will do anything for. Kiley usually puts others first, even if it's a sacrifice.
Bio: Growing up as a child, Kiley grew up in a smaller home with her single mother, along with her three triplet sisters. To help out her mother she works a part-time night job at a local cafe as a waitress. Kiley goes to school, keeps good grades, is a great helper, and almost every night she stops by and visits her childhood friend Jason. She has grown up with needy children, who need her mothers attention, care, money, so she is used to living without. She goes day-by-day to go out of her way to help her mother anyway she can. Kiley has had a crush on her childhood best friend ever since they were little, Jason. She refuses to let him know, she dosen't want to risk their friendship, he means everything to her.

 "Kate! Dinner is ready, come inside!"Kate's grandmother Stella called from the farmhouses porch. Kate sighed and stood up. The dock she was sitting on rocked beneath her and she looked out at the still lake one more time before she went back inside.
Her grandmother lived on a huge estate near the edge of the town of Pointtree. On the middle of the estate sat the farmhouse where her grandmother lived. Stables and barns surrounded it, filled with horses and other barnyard animals. The estate was surrounded by a wall that was five feet tall. At the end of the long driveway was a large iron gate. Around the other side of her grandmothers land was the begining of the forest, and on the other side was the lake. Along with all of her land, Stella Clawfield owned half of the lake. She was a wonderfully kind woman in her late sixties. She had lots of money and a huge computer company.
Kate went into the farmhouse and looked around. The huge three story house was beautiful. Kate's new bedroom was on the third floor, overlooking the front driveway. She headed upstairs to wash up for dinner. When she was finished she went back downstairs and met Stella in the dining room.
"Hello grandma!" Kate exclaimed, throwing her arms around Stella's neck. "Hello child! It has been so long since I last saw you! I am so sorry about what happened to your father!"Stella said. Kate nodded and thanked her and they sat down for dinner. Kate told her grandmother all about what she liked to do and Stella told her all about the town. "Will I be attending the high school here?" Kate asked, sitting eagerly on the edge of her seat. She desperately wanted to get back to her normal routine. The stress of her fathers death was getting to her. "Yes you will dear. I signed you up for you to start whenever. Just say the word and I'll get Louise to call the school," Stella said. Lousie, or Miss Jolie, was her grandmothers housemaid. "I would like to start school tomorrow," Kate said. Stella smiled warmly and motioned for Miss Jolie to go call the school. "So Katie, what are you going to be doing tonight?" Stella asked. Kate shrugged. "I was thinking of going for a walk, but I don't know where I should go," she answered. Stella smiled again. "I heard that the senior boys hockey team was playing a game at the hockey rink tonight. It starts at seven," Stella said. Kate nodded and smiled. "Thank you grandma. I think I'll go to that," Kate said. Stella smiled and Kate finished eating quickly. Once she was done she went upstairs and grabbed a light sweater and headed out.((Sorry this is so long, I just wanted to get everything started XP ))

(Hope you don't mind, but I'm going to play Clinton until someone wants to play him okay?) "Yo, James. Come on, the game starts in less than ten minutes and you aren't even ready," Clinton said to James. James sighed and sat up on the bench he was lying on. "Fine," he muttered, then started putting on his hockey gear. He was really tired, having not gotten that much sleep the night before. He laced up his skates and pulled on his helmet, yawning. He leaned back against the wall and Clinton sat down beside him. "Dude, are you feeling okay? You seem really upset lately. Something wrong?" he asked. James shook his head. "Just tired. I'm not going to go to Randy's house after the game, I'm just going to go home. I might be late for school tomorrow too," he said. Clinton snorted. "Like that's going to be a surprise. You miss most days anyways," he said. James grinned slightly and nodded.

Kate walked down a road, her hands shoved in her sweater pockets. She sighed with relief when she saw the hockey stadium and went inside. Her grandmother had told her that it was free for the teams first three games. This was their second game. She looked around, trying to find an empty seat. She found an empty one that was in a nearly empty row. She sat down and looked at the ice just as the announced started naming the home players as they went onto the ice. Kate smiled, clapping with the people in the stadium. When number 15 came onto the ice, the whole stadium cheered and Kate had to cover her ears. She smiled when they all settled down. "Sounds like someone is popular," she said to herself. "You bet he is," said the woman beside her said. Kate smiled over at her. "Is he the captain?" she asked. The woman shook her head. "No. But he is friends with the captain though," she said. Kate nodded and watched as they started circling the rink. "My birthday is on the fifteenth," Kate said, smiling. "Really? What month?" the woman asked. "November," I said. She nodded, grinning. "Pretty close then," she said. Kate nodded and watched the players.

James grinned slightly as people cheered for him when he skated on the ice. "Every single time," Clinton muttered. James laughed and hit him lightly in the arm. "Sorry bud. But the crowd has spoken and they love me," he said, grinning wider. They started circling the ice, talking about play stratigies. When they skated around the side where his mom was he waved over to her. She waved back and smiled. James glanced at the girl sitting beside her and frowned. He had never seen her before. She looked at him and James felt his cheeks go pink. Her eyes were such a deep green. He turned and skated backwards, watching her, until Clinton asked him what he was doing. James turned and continued skating with him. "Nothing," he muttered.

Kate watched the woman beside her wave at number 15. She sighed and smiled. "Such a good boy," she said. Kate smiled and looked down at number 15 as he looked at her. Kate felt her cheeks go even pinker than they already were in the colf temperature. His eyes were the deepest, darkest, most beautiful shade of blue she had ever seen. She glanced away quickly, biting her lip. When she looked back, he was talking to his friend, the captian. She read on the back of his jersey 'Lockwood'. Kate smiled at Mrs. Lockwood. "He seems nice," she said. Mrs. Lockwood laughed and nodded.

((sorry for the long time no post >.< Work pooped me out and Im still tired. Ill post when I can ok.. Im sorry. And Ill make a pretty post soon >w< ) Kilεÿ J○hαns○n
Kiley walked into the Hokey stadium smiling. This was her first sport game, she decided to go since the whole school was making a huge deal about it. She was also invited by one of her best friends, Jason. He bought her a ticket and invited her when she was outside relaxing with a pot of tea after her midnight shift at work.
With her long-sleeve brown shirt, her brown short skirt, she had a red shawl that wrapped around her elbows, she gawked at the crowd. The stands were almost packed, amongst the crowd was a small empty spot near a screaming mom cheering for player number fifteen. They apparently couldn't take her cheering and left a small space around her. There was another girl behind the mom making small chat with her...
This girl was definitally new, since Kiley is Junior at the high school, and has lived there her whole life she knew everyone in the town. She decided to go up there and wait for Jason.

((Oh don't worry about it, it's really not much of a big deal XP )) Kate looked around, watching all of the people she was sure she would be getting to know quite well in the small town. Wow, the whole town must be here tonight, this place is packed, Kate thought as she sat back. Mrs. Lockwood had calmed down and was watching her sons every move. Kate watched him as well, hoping to see his amazing blue eyes again.
When James scored a goal Kate had to cover her ears as Mrs. Lockwood screamed in happiness. Kate laughed and clapped. Mrs. Lockwood was not the only one cheering that loud. The whole stadium was going nuts. Kate grinned and watched the game proceed once everyone calmed down.

Kiley smiled when James scored a goal. She knew him only a little, he was super start Hockey player, Fanned over by most girls. Not her. She had her secret crush. "I wonder when Jason is getting here..." she pondered.
The moment she got closer she noticed the screaming woman to be who else, James mother. She walked up next to her and smiled, "Hello Mrs. Lockwood."
"Hey honey, I'll get back to you, James just-"
She was cut off by the screams of the crowd once again. A score by James.
She took a seat next to the lady behind Mrs. Lockwood. She looked kind, friendly, and she was very beautiful.
Just to make some chit chat Kiley spoke up, "Enjoying the game?"

((Ahhh, okay. Umm, I guess you can play him if you want. And maybe when James is able to come back he can play him. I don't think Clinton is a very huge character, so we might just have him as a NPC. But go ahead, be Jason if you want [X )) Kate glanced at the girl who spoke to her. She was very beautiful, her eyes were an amazing shade of blue. She smiled. "Yeah. I'm not usually a fan of any sport, but this is really good," she said, nodding. "Everyone seems so excited about this game though. James seems really popular," she commented, watching James get hugged by some teamates and the captain. She smiled and clapped.

Kilεÿ J○hαns○n Kiley smiled. The lady was so kind. Usually people glance at her and an alarm of "NERD" goes off in their heads. Once she started going on about James Kiley glanced off into the stadium. Yes number fifteen. "Yes, James is the schools..no..the states prize and glory. Hot shot of the school, great grades, nice guy." Kiley even laughed."He even has a fan club with the Freshmen girls at school."
Kiley wrapped her scarf a little more around her,"Mind if I join? I know so little about sports. You seem as though you would be nice to talk to."
