Akiten is a very cocky, self-confident person. He is not bashful, and is somewhat of a perv. He also has a logical way of thinking, he himself is a very intelligent person, having knowledge that far exceeds a person of his age. His shadow is a small black whole, but it is slowly growing, into something even more terrifying.
History:
Of known facts, Akiten was one of the many Brain Charger subjects. He does not know of his past before the alterations to his physique, and he does not remember much beyond him showing up in the middle of a city a few weeks ago, with a pair of AT's and a note saying "Fly." His body has yet to adjust to anything of the world, and his lack of memory has left him on the same level as a low class Storm Rider, but his personality leaves him cocky but quick to learn.
He has already, using logic, created his own road and soon to come, the ability to use it.

Techniques:
Irritus:
Weak control. Akiten can use the ability, but it only effects a small area, thus making it useless in ranged combat. Also, due to is weak prowess with it, prolonged use causes him to become fatigued.
Twinkle:
Due to him being a brain child, Akiten has a twinkle, a change in the eyes that effects perception and brain activity. His calculatory ability skyrockets and his perception becomes almost a gridded format, allowing him to understand every side of an object, while still seeing it for what it is.
Void spin:
A simple tucked flip in mid air that consists of 3-5 rotations before landing. The user jumps to a height that is just above the height of the average adult male.
High jump:
Akiten is more focused on jumps then anything in his list of tricks, and as such he jumps with the ability of a C ranked rider. Though because of this, he lacks in other areas quite a bit.
Wall Kick:
Kicking against a wall, or some other object, Akiten acts like Mario for a time, jumping higher into the air.
