The Clock Tower seems to hold some significance to the town as Keyblade Wielders often patrol it and monitor it to keep it safe, but many do not know for what reason. The secret of the Clock Tower is known only to the top members of the Order, but a few dark shadows know of what is so important as well. The tower can be reached from the Second District.
Inside the Clock Tower are a series of gears and cogs and other platforms that are used for reaching places and doing maintenance.
