...how I can remove items from my wish list? I own one of the items now that is on my wish list and I don't know how to get it off without taking everything off.

This is the way I prefer.
Go to Market place.
Click on "view all" in your Wishlist
Click the delete box for all the items you wish to remove
Scroll down to the bottom and click "Save changes"
You're done.
