Recently, there have been cases of some suicide due to one new trend of these bullying situations. Out of all of them, one of the leading cases of suicide related deaths are now carried over among the internet, IM chatrooms and forums, so please, be honest to your opinion, if you vote, if you have been cyber bullied or not.
Here are some guidelines to prevent cyber bullying. Leave comments if you'd wish.

Never really got bullied by anyone, actually. I stay in the anime world when online and never go to places that things like that could happen. :<

Not really.I only had to deal with people being rude in the past, but not cyber bullying.Its horrible that people would bully other people so much that they want to kill theirselves. ;-;
