Grade System
Just to clear some possible future misunderstandings, here is what Grades goes for what ages.
It is based on South Africa's Grade system - if you were wondering.
Juniors
Grade 8 = around 14 years
Grade 9 = around 15 years
Middle Year
Grade 10 = around 16 years
Seniors
Grade 11 = around 17 years
Grade 12 = around 18 years
Students of the Senior phase can apply to be on the student counsil. Those that are of a younger age will be closely watched and selected on special circumstances (such as heroic deeds) - but this is rare.

Careers
If your character is 20 and older (or even 19) you can apply him/her to any of the following careers.
Educator
Cheff
Gardener
Maid
Care-taker (only 3)
Vice Principle (only 1)
Subject Examinator (1 for every subject - these are the head of that particular subject)

Subjects
Educators pick only one subject - there can be up to two teachers per subject!
Students choose one out of every group - however, group 5 is not mandatory, but all the subjects in group 1 is obliged.
Group 1
English
Mathematics
Training in Combat and Weaponry [self-defence]
Group 2
Science [Physics and Chemistry - one for each teacher]
Biology
Engineering and Graphic Design [Technical Drawing]
Accounting
Economical Studies [Economics for short]
Group 3
Engineering and Graphic Design
History
Geography
Music
Designer Art [Working with stuff like Photoshop]
Visual Art [Working with paint and pencils]
Group 4
Music
Designer Art
Visual Art
Technology Science
Cooking
Group 5
[Any other languages can be added when there is someone willing to teach them - post here!]
Special Training [for those with supernatural abilities]
