What is Ariake?
Ariake is a romaji similar to Akatsuki. Ariake is the romaji for dawn or daybreak with a visible moon. During the beginning of the formation of Kanzen Sekai, Jatai formed Ariake as a way to quicken the dawn of peace. Often Ariake came in confrontation with the Akatsuki. Ariake is meant to consist of the most expert shinobi of Kanzen Sekai. This is why the organization consist of shinobi at a level of Sennin or higher.
What are the prerequisites to becoming part of Ariake?
The only prerequisites are that the members applying are Sennin level or higher and that there is a ring available.
What are these "Rings"?
Similar to Akatsuki, Ariake uses rings to symbolize members. There are ten rings, if no ring is available, then Ariake will not be accepting new members. Here are the rings...(Rings with usernames next to them are not available to be taken.)

Hey you know how their is Omikami: Rise of the akatsuki
well maybe we should a guild called
The omikami clan: The Arikae's rule
that means the Akatsuki has been killed, but there will still be immensly powerful rogues, they just won't last that long. Also there will still be assassins left, just not as many. The setting of the world and how bad it is won't be that bad, and it will mean kanzen seika has succeded with the peace mostly
or how about having a guild where the arikae has been obliterated and the world was in desperate need of a hero

BTW is any sennin interested in becoming an Ariake? I mean Blank Bullet and Nelliel Kumori can now. D:

Before applying, you must reach certain requisites. We offer a form of testing (similar to a Ranking Test) for any ANBU level shinobi who needs the extra level to reach Sennin and thus enter Ariake. A test wouldn't be necessary for a Sennin or Kage, just a ring. But before one can receive a ring, they must first make a profile, take a ranking test, and reach at least Sennin level. (Ariake and Akatsuki, being the first two and only organizations are highly selective of membership.)
