Here's a thread for detailing what you've done -- however big or small -- in the name of physical fitness for the day! . . .
I went to martial arts class and took a short jog after.
I found a couch-to-5k program online for jogging. I'm not sticking strictly to the plan, but I'm using it as a guide to get myself out the door and using my cross-trainer shoes. (No sense in having them if I don't use them -- and they are SO COMFY.)
Taking a shower after a workout like that feels amazing, too. Very satisfying!

Today's accomplishment was that I did a four mile walk/sprint this morning instead of the usual two mile one. I did much more sprinting this morning than I have in a while as well. c: However, this accomplishment can be mostly attributed to I usually do my walks in the afternoon. Because I typically do them in the afternoon it's much hotter and I'm already fairly worn out. But regardless, I feel like that was a major accomplishment.

Yesterday, I finally picked up some heavier weights (15 lbs) and did some upper body lifting. Both yesterday and today, I held one of the weights above my head and did some sit-ups. 3nodding Planning to do a few lunges today as well, balancing out lower and upper body workouts.

I got on my wii fit for a simple test, walked around my property, and logged my meals into my food diary. I'll make a topic with the link. smile

Managed to stay well under my calorie limit without starving myself, and used the stairs rather than the elevator while shopping at the mall.

I only got 15 minutes into my wii fit today because of distractions. I'll try to do 15 more minutes of stepping later when I have the time.

I exercised for 30+ minutes on WiiFit, and I've been on my feet most of the day rather than sitting stationary.

I haven't done much today, but I went out jogging again earlier this week! I hadn't gone in a couple weeks (hormone problems one week, and humidity being completely awful the next). It felt really good to go out again -- I woke up that morning and was just itching to move.
I like when my good habits make me excited!

It's a great feeling when you really get into the routine, isn't it? 4laugh
I used my wii fit for 32 minutes today and worked up a pretty good sweat. I also walked the roads for about an hour and ten minutes. It's a great scenic route with cows, horses, and alpacas. smile
The past few days I've started walking about an hour or so each day.
I measured myself and found I've Lost weight and slimmed a bit! Woohoo! whee

20 minutes on wii fit, and I unlocked extra repetitions for the jackknife... goody razz But I did 20 of the dreaded jackknives, so go me. XD
Would have tried to brave the plank position, but my arms were aching too much. Maybe tomorrow.

I got my walk in today. On the way home from shopping, I had my mom log the distance, and it turns out that I'm walking a little over three miles every day! Not bad at all! biggrin

Checked in with Wii Fit, and it turns out that I've lost 1.5 pounds since the last session. I've been using EA Sports Active: Personal Trainer the past few days since it lets me burn more calories at a time.
Edit: and I just completed a workout on the medium setting. Since I damaged my hip as a child (Never let kids run on wet grass!) I can't properly use the joint, so I try to go easy on it after a heavy exercise day.
