Also, it's the law of supply and demand. The demand remains somewhat low and stable, but the supply is very limited, as there will NEVER be any more of those rings that are not soulbound, and there are less every day as people equip or trade the CLs of those unsoulbound rings. So people can charge those prices and, if they wait long enough, sell the rings at that price.

Speaking of rings being expensive what would really be helpful is figuring out if they are worth it. I am looking at the Wish ring for example, I think it looks like a good ring but I'm wondering if it's really worth the price. Does anyone have an opinion on that? I also am wondering about the Fortunes Favor ring. I heard talk it's not worth the price, what do you guys think? Also does anyone know if it just increases the amount of gold you get or does it increase the amount of orbs and rings you get too?
