I've had this role play set up in my guild for a while now, but never started it (I tend to make multiple role plays there and start the ones my members are most interested in)
Its a basic, 'Who can find the princess' role play. A Princess that only a select few have seen with their very eyes is tricked into fleeing the safety of her home, the kingdom and sent out into the unknown.
She is an unstable heir of the king, a lineage known for their affinity to all the sacred elements, and a danger to anyone near her.
The characters get to explore the kingdom, making up locations or using preset areas to uncover the truth behind the princess and her disappearance.
[This is a very general description, I'll post up more information here as I go along. Anyone interested can ask questions or post suggestions. I don't want to create a thread here only to have it die before it starts XP ]

Tiara_Estella ~This is our story...~ The Kingdom of Canthrazar, reknown for its peaceful trading with its neighbors and its excellent conflict management. Long ruled by the Crimson Helm family, a family chosen by God to bring peace to their lands.
The Crimson Helm family is the only family known to have an affinity to all four elements, this endowment from above is what brought them to power years ago.
Only a few years into the reign of King Arturo Helmiros, his Queen Trianna had a single child. The girl was born on the night of an eclipse, her blood-red eyes wide and attentive to her surroundings. Seeing it as an omen, the King's advisers had him keep her hidden from the rest of the world.
Ilylianna grew in isolation, only her parents, the nurses and her guardian ever seeing her in person. She learned from books, studying throughout the day and spent her nights gazing out at the sky. She became quite unstable, her emotions tapping into her gifts and causing many to fall ill within the castle walls.
Fearing that she would soon bring them death, Crimson Blade, the most exemplary of the Royal Guard's Mages, was appointed as her personal tutor and guardian.
~The bright and the dark days, upon these pages lay...~ Soon the Princess will be lost among her people, unnamed and naive she must find safety amongst the daggers that now become unsheathed. The Crimson Blade must search for her, his mistake could lead to the beginnings of an unseen war amongst nobles and plebeians. Warriors, commoners and travelers meet the child, amazed by her eyes. Will anyone pity her or toss her back unto the cold stones for the night? {Me, enjoying my opportunity to go into overly-dramatic descriptions...YAY!}

I'm used to very few participants, {mostly a small group of friends taking on multiple characters} so initially I was to be the Crimson Blade and the Princess...{{God I hate taking on various main roles}}.
Here however, I'd only take the princess O.o {{YAY!}} and an NPC or two when necessary.
The main roles that MUST be filled would be the King, The Guardian (Crimson Blade), and the Queen. Other participants can create their own roles as either commoners, royal soldiers, assassins or even gossipy noblemen.
You may have multiple characters, but I would prefer that each have a maximum of two. The exception being that one be a minor character, almost an NPC.

So poke your buddies if you think they'll be interested. I don't mind putting it in Barton as a Private RP. Here is good as well~ ~yawn~
