The Private Plane hanger in Yokohama belonging to the Seizonsha Family. The Hanger was actually built by their Underboss/Pilot Avedis. He wanted a place hidden but easy to access.
The Hanger happens to be hidden between a few buildings, and is facing outwards like a garage, but the back is actually a hanger.

Avedis looked around as he walked out the front door of the hanger. He was immediately targeted for a punch to the face. Avedis noticed this out the side of his eye and with quick reflexes jumped into the air and grabbed the man's fist before slamming him into the ground. The man looked up at Avedis. "Damn you, you and your family." Avedis looked up before he wrapped his leg around the man's arm and then twisted it. A popping noise could clearly be heard, by the man and Avedis. He had snapped the bone in the man's arm. "Don't try that again." He said to the man before he started walking again and then was soon attacked from the back by a man a little smaller than the other. "Only you would do something as low as that." Avedis said, as he was now behind the man. "You know what Avedis, I think your only a punk." The man uttered out before Avedis sent a light punch to the back of him. The man grabbed his arm and then flipped over his head, but Avedis grabbed him while in the air and forced him down into the ground. "Don't try that dumb a**." Avedis said as he looked up now. He wondered what was there to do. A large muscled man with a broken arm, and a smaller man with a bloody busted open head. Avedis pulled out a phone and then called 911. "yeah, I'll need an ambulance on....who cares what street track the damn phone." He then threw the phone into the near by garbage can. His gloves prevented prints, the phone was unregistered, and he smiled for a second. He pulled out a can of orange faygo and then opened it drinking it in a matter of second and then soon replacing it by punching a nearby vending machine.
