Dear reader,
Humans. One of the most balanced mortals to walk the earth. Strong enough to wield a sword, dexterous enough to strike afar with a bow, and intelligent enough to wield magic that harnesses the elements, life and death, and even time itself. They are not the only ones gifted with these powers however. These are grim, dark times indeed. With the war between the Kingdom of Laien and the Xenos Sovereignty. Only a few are born with these gifts and don't know how to use them. For hundreds of years this institution has stood to teach these potential heroes how to master their skills and prepare them for any challenges they may face in the future from giant insects to bandits to maybe even trolls. And who knows? Maybe it's your turn. This is my invitation and I hope you choose wisely.

Title: "The Eternal Magus"
Race: Elf
Age: Thousands of years old; looks as if he was 25.
Weapon Skills: Can wield a staff, mace, shield, dagger, sword (only one handed), longbow, and crossbow.
Magic Abilities: All magic, during his long life he was able to master all kinds of magic including forbidden magic.
Weapons/Equipment: His staff is called the Scepter of the Bloodline; a legendary artifact passed down from a powerful elven mage to the next. The staff allows him to call on past mages to aid him and allows Ardrion to use all types of magic much easier. His armor is of ancient origin, nothing else is known about it.
Appearance: 
Bio: Ardrion was born during the time when the Elves ruled the land. He was the 9th heir to the throne and was given to the elven order of sorcerers. For many years he toiled with endless study and practice of magic and grew to have a natural affinity to it, greater than the other elves. He entered the first war with the Human kingdoms when he was well over one-hundred years old and defeated the humans in the first two wars out of the four. During the third, the great kingdom of the elves split into separate provinces which crippled them as they fought against each other and the humans. The conflict eventually settled with a peace treaty, returning the rule to the Aetherion family, unifying of the elven kingdoms and an alliance with the humans. Ardrion eventually left federation in the province of Daeron, a sanctuary now between the war with the humans and the last rebellious elven kingdom in the north.Username: Sindri_Myr21

Bio: Arthanian was an orphan in a small village within the boundaries of the Kingdom of Laien. He was given no name and showed that he was very skilled in fighting and was able to teleport at a young age. Ardrion came to the orphanage that he was living at and took him as his adopted son. He now studies at Vindicator's Federation to eventually become a true hero.

 The federation has a very large campus complete with an armory, library, training grounds, courtyard, dorms, and great hall. The province of Daeron is one of the lushest places in the known world and is under the protection of an elven/human guard, trained by Ardrion himself.

Race: Human, though it is rumored she could be part fearie because she looks so young…

Weapon Skills: will only wield a sword and three daggers.
Magic Abilities: She changes into a mermaid at the touch of water, she can hypnotize humans, elves, fearies and animals alike with any instrument and/or her voice making them do whatever she says or sings, she is highly skilled in water/ice, shadow and blood magic.
Weapons/Equipment: Her sword and three daggers once belonged to her four brothers, but they were killed in battle. She took only these weapons (her brothers had more) because these once belonged to the father they never knew. She wears no armor.

Bio: She was born to a rich family, though she never knew her real father, with four older brothers and because she showed great skill she was secretly trained in magic and joined the army with her brothers instead of being forced to marry someone she didn’t love. She fought in the last two human and elf wars, she was mostly on the human side but she’s always admired the elves, especially Ardrion Aetherion who she has romantic feelings for and was her main motivation for joining the federation. Though she’s afraid she’ll give into her feelings if left in a room alone with him and he will not feel the same and if that is the case she may do something she’ll regret… and because of this she is almost always trying to avoid him.Profile Skeleton (Student):

Merilwen had been so jealous when she'd first heard of the new kid Arthanian being adopted by Headmaster and all, when he was nothing but a simple human and she'd been rotting down there in the servant's quarters all her life! She'd felt betrayed by her own kind! But then she was the only half elf and half human, and the only one of her kind as far as she knew... But now that she was meeting Arthanian, as they were to be classmates, everything was different. She wasn't jealous of him anymore, but that didn't mean she'd transformed into his biggest fan either.
As she pushed open the Headmaster's office she was greeted both by the great Headmaster himself, Ardrion Aetherion in the flesh and the boy. Arthanian was exactly as she had always expected, he was small and dull, nothing special about that...
...but perhaps he really is more powerful than he looks?

Ardrion was busy reading and signing documents that if you were close enough, had the royal seals from many different kingdoms and provinces. He heard the door open and looked up to see Merilwen enter. "Ah, you must be the new student that Arthanian has told me about." He stood up and picked up his staff before turning to look out the giant glass window that over looked the academy. "Is there something you needed?"
Arthanian was practicing arcane magic under Ardrion before Merilwen entered. He was trying to focus the arcane magic into a bolt to fire it at one of the targets that were set up. He stopped and turned to greet Merilwen. "Hey Merilwen." He was kind of shy around other people.

When Merilwen first opened her mouth to speak nothing came out, she was awestuck by being in Ardrion Aetherion presence, but she shook her head and tried again. "Yep, that's me..."
Arthanian spoke about me?
"Acutally yes, my class schedule stuff. I was told by Ms. Green that I need to see you for all that." her voice came out in a sort of high pitched squeak, "Oh, hi Arthanian." She didn't really want to make conversation with him, but as the were to be classmates she might as well learn to tolerate him and what better time then the present? So although she could clearly see what Arthanian was doing, she decided it was best to not let on to how much she knew about magic from sneaking into the library every night. "What you making?" So when she asked Arthanian this, she was only playing dumb.

A piece of parchment began to levitate off of Ardrion's desk and floated into Merilwen's hands. "I believe that all the classes you're taking is there along with the ones you requested to take."
"I'm trying to form a bolt of arcane magic to attack the dummy with." He replied as he walked over to the small desk he was using where many open tomes were left at. He took the top most one and began reviewing the text.

Merilwen grasped the piece of parchment with both her hands, she bobbed her head in a sort of bow and said sweetly "Thank you.." Instantly her eyes drank in the words on the page and he was right all the classes she had requested and all the classes she was taking fit neatly upon this on piece of partchment. She was still distracted by the partchment when Arthanian had spoken so she simply nodded and pretended she had been listening because after all she already knew what he was doing, it was obivous.
She was running late, she was always running late on purpose and although she knew she had a good reason to be late she also knew she had an even better reason to be on time! She paused outside the doors of the Headmaster's office as per usual and taking one final deep breathe in she knocked three times and waited for him to reply.
He better not be alone!

Ardrion waved his hand calmly and the door opened, letting Asrai inside. "It seems we have another visitor. Greetings Ms. Green, how can I be of assistance?"
Arthanian tried it again after reading the text in the tome. He charged the clear magic in his palm and released it, striking the dummy in the chest and leaving it with a large burn mark. He smiled and sighed with relief.

Merilwen involuntarily held her breathe as Arthanian made to strike the dumby a second time, only exhailing in relief once he hit it.
WOW..
An autible sigh of relief escaped her lips.
He's not alone and somehow i'm still disappointed, i better make this quick.
She walked into Ardrion's office as slowly and calmly as possible, which wasn't very easy when she was dying to telling how she felt. "Actually Headmaster Aetherion, i was hoping to have a chance to go over those reports with you, the reports we'd discussed.. but i can see you're busy, perhaps another time?" and without giving him a chance to reply she turned to leave.
