I have three theories:
1) Nothing happens, we just die and nothing happens EVER!
2) We go to God OR we go to a place where you see everyone that has already died, etc.
3) Who says this is life? This could be death for all we know.
As a budding scientist I
should be agreeing with the first answer. But I'm not an atheist.
I personally believe that death is the reward of having lived (no, I don't think there is anything creepy about this idea...), and so is not to be feared. It comes and must be accepted as a sort of transfer to the next step, whatever that may be.
People talk a lot about "ascension", but I think that is a lot of bull. Death is the real ascension and the only natural one.
I have no idea where we go after death, we might just "dissolve/disintegrate" somehow, like our bodies do and become part of the environment. The energies of the human mind are interesting. Like a dinamo, generating its own electric and magnetic fields which the body maintains and works in a very specific frequency interval. It would be interesting to see how this "dinamo shuts" down upon death. If I die a natural death, I might ask my friends and relatives to keep a record.
smile I like the third possibility you've given.
wink The real mind-twisters are the ones you can't prove either way!
He,he!
