There can be challenges if others want seats.

For lieutenants, I'll need extensive applications. Remember, not everyone can't start as super strong, there are going to be progressive stages your character will go through. Not everyone get bankai.

Seats 4 and up should be able to have bankai. I'm not certain about seat 4. I'll be really strict about deciding it.

First, post profile here and say you want ____ seat. Then I'll PM you a quiz. It'll also come along with another test that doesn't relate to Bleach or anime in any way.
