 I drew this today (fairly quick so yeah it's not fantastic xp )
So I was just wondering if anyone likes this style? What should I do to refine it or make it more different?
Just wondering what you guys think.

Anyway I tried to add some shading, refine the lines, and make the skirt a little more colorful. Any better?

this has nothing to do with your style but...
you need to learn to get rid of white space. it makes art look real amateur.
just bring down the thought bubble to be closer to her head or something.
I'm just kinda picky when it comes to composition, is all xDD
as for the style itself, it's cute, but you should work on cleaning it up. could be real nice with a little work.

Yeah I was really stupid in the whole planning thing. I mean I just placed her head in a totally wrong spot so her body got awkward and then her thought bubble just followed in an awkward manner.

Okay I tried to change it a little, in fact I went with a whole new looks. Her hair is huge, but I've actually met people with hair like that and it kinda inspired me to make art of it.

For your first style, it's alright, emo has some good advice you could follow. But yes, it does need eyebrows. The face is nice otherwise, but that neck bothers me (kinda off centered?)
As for the second one, the anatomy seems kinda wonky. The hair is nice, but the chin seems too high up. Her mouth is basically on it D: it's awkward
And her neck bothers me too...

Yeah I tried to shift the neck and it didn't work. whee Then the chin got all awkward and I didn't know how to fit the mouth so I plopped it on.
Thanks for the advice, when I'm just drawing art I get too focused on other stuff and don't notice, or don't care to improve this so it really helps. (way too long a sentence.)

When I draw, I usually concentrate on individual pieces and then eventually work them together. If I try to do it all at once, I get sloppy D: especially when I paint
