my bf started cutting himself. i try to stop him, but being that hes out of town, its difficult. i know its not true, but i feel that im the cause.... help?

i wanna help, just cause you know, its him, but idk what to do. its probably just a phase or something. god i sound like a mother... maybe pretend to start cutting yourself, he wont want you to hurt yourself so he might stop. so yeah... tell him youll "stop" if he stops. and btw, its not the first time this has happened with him.

i know. i think it would be best just to be with him more often, and that a fake cutting thing wouldnt work. though, i did get myself on my razor the other night....
