1~] Choosing,References&TekTek!
Its up to you when choosing. Either Naruto, Sasuke, Sakura or anyone else you like. When choosing you also have to answer a few questions.
A] Do I have the money?
B] Can I take the concurrency?
C] Does Gaia have the items for my cosplay?
D,E,F...] Ect.
If one question is answered with a 'NO' you might not be suited for cosplaying.
When picking a reference you can either look in the Arena for cosplays or find an Image and look for items. REMEMBER, TekTek is your friend! It helps you to create the look that you wand WITHOUT the risk of spending extra gold for something you don't need!

2~] Purchasing.
When you pick your character, get references and make a TekTek, you can start purchasing items. When buying gold shop items, first browse your inventory, to see if you already have them.
IF YES=You remove them form your 'To buy' list.
IF NO= You buy them.
When buying expensive items you may want to browse the exchange for sellers. The exchange can save you a pretty penny!
When you're low on gold you can try Booty Grabbing, but that's a different topic.
Sometimes, the item you need costs WAY much. Then you can look for items that look alike, but remember, that it makes your cosplay look a little cheap.

3~] Acting.
When you have your cosplay, you have to decide one more important thing.
WILL YOU ACT LIKE YOUR CHARACTER?
If you will, you must bring up a few things:
~Personality traits
~Favourite and least favourite things
~Quotes
~Relationships (With other cosplayers)
When you're done you can start cosplaying in the Rally, Towns or forums!
