It seems that there is trouble brewing in Asia. What do you guys think is going to happen.
Here is what i know so far. if there is more development or if i got something wron/forgot something, then do tell.
-North Korea blew up a South Korean ship
-South Korea isn't too pleased
?-America is trying to help South Korea with their Northern neighbors through diplomatic discussion
-South Korea has started to mobalize tanks

I heard about this the day after I made a joke about us going to have a war with Korea and us just nuclear bombing the $#!^ out of the North...
Don't forget about China most likely to back up the North. I actually truly fear this. It is NOT something our economy needs. Our troops KNOW they're already stretched out and sending aid to the South is... Lord, China + Nuclear Bombs in the North!? I don't know. I think we... are most likely to have some-sort of world war or at least a war that will drag everyone else down with us...

It may turn out to be similar to the first Korean War, during the Cold War. But you're right Grey, we don't need China to get involved. The U.S. actually depends on China a lot, and it will help no one if they decide to attack South Korea.
Could this really be the start of World War 3?

I don't know. I had a weird dream last night. But it ended in a new World War III and me safe in Switzerland... ^^; Heh... heh-heh. Let's move to Switzerland, ja/oui/si/whatever yes in Romansh is?

I'm actually really worried about this, cause my girlfriend is going to Korea for a year next year. I hope she doesn't get hurt, or caught up in anything! sad
