Abura Riku jumped from building to building in Kyoto. Having already taken care of a few dozen very weak hollows, he was getting bored.

Riku recognized the voice and jumped onto a building. "That's fine with me." He said, "I know its unlikely, but could you by any chance help me to achieve Bankai?"

"I will help you do so. But first we must practice on your basics. and by basics i mean hand-to-hand combat."Shimino said. he held up his sword and unsheathed it. he threw it into the ground the case on the next to it. he raised his hands and made a gesture that tolled him to come here.

Riku smirked as he placed his scabbard on the ground. "That's fine by me," he said as he tightened the gap between him and Shimino and got into his proper Kenpo stance. He shuffled forward in the correct manner and threw an elbow at Shimino's stomache."

shimino slid past his body."Don't think about anything."Shimino said. he then all in 1 second was holding Riku's arm."Your body structure needs some more work."shimino said like he was taking notes.

Riku turned and threw a punch at Shimino's head with his other hand as quickly as possible.

Shimino dodged but was hit on his ear."Your basic's are good."Shimino said throwing himself back."pick up your sword."Shimino said with a devious smile on his face. "I want to see how long you can hold against my attacks. this will also train you in defense and offense against me and other hollow." Shimino said. he held out his hand and a small ball formed."Cero" he shot his cero and a ray formed and shot towards Riku.

Riku jumped away as soon as his arm was released. He flash stepped so that he was floating above Shimino (just in time to avoid the Cero) and chanted "Hado 4: Byakurai," pointing his right palm down towards his opponent.

"Bakudo 81. Danku." an invisible square popped up and deflected the attack."I know kido to."Shimino said with a grin. he sonidoed behind Riku."Hadō #88. Hiryugekizokushintenraiho" a giant beam of blue energy flew at Riku.

Riku deflected his own kido with his right hand. He disappeared into a shunpo to get away from Shimino's spell before he could finish saying the spell. He appeared on a building close behind Shimino with his katana drawn. His voice was hardly audible as he called forth his weapon with the phrase "Whisper. Suto-mu Fungeki." His reitsu flared as a barrage of 100 needles flew out of it to surround and protect him.

Riku chuckled, but it quickly turned into a pretty loud laugh. "Your using your most powerful form, and you want me to try to hit you with shikai?" But he thought for a moment, "or are you perhaps just trying to see how close I'll get? Anyways, please try not to kill me." He finished as he sent all 100 of his needles directly at Shimino, keeping them in a fight formation to stop Shimino from seeing him. He shunpoed behind Shimino and attempted to sab him from the blind spot on any normal human.

as soon as the needles and riku's sword where about to hit him everything started to shake."You got close, and you are now on the verge of getting your bankai. I believe you bankai will be strong. "Shimino said.
