Weapon(s):Short swordArmor: Shield HelmetBio: James lived the high life his mother had everything he got what he wanted when he asked, his mother always would look at her husbands picture though every night and cry, then when James turned 13 she sent him to Camp Half-Blood, he hated it, the rules, the cabins where low grade, so he ran when he was sixteen trained at the Titan camp and ran from there when he turned 18 and set up shop in a low end area of new york city he started the Legion of Commerce they consist of sons of Hermes, Ares, Athena, and Hephaestus, and mortals that see through the mist they sell their services to the highest bidder, Guides, weapons intellect, or war plans, they use that money to expand their base. Dexav is still leader of the Legion of commerce and is planning to get some recruits from Camp Half-Blood.
