This lab if filled with many types of equipmant and is also much larger than most other captian work spaces. It also has many books, a large computer and other pieces of tech that only Ryuk and possibley his vice captian would know how to use.

While running up to Ryuk's office, he tripped oer himself by the door. As he fell, his head slammed against the door, making a loud knock. Getting into a sitting position, he rubbed his head in what little pain coud be felt from the head bashing.
"That really hurt." Shaking his head to focus on what was important, Foust stood up to knock again. This time, the knocking was with his hand not his head. Continuing th knocking, the fellow captain felt it neccessary to raise his voice.
"Ryuk, open up! It's important." There were important matters to speak with him about, but Foust began to wonder if he his friend was in his quarters or not.

Ryuk slowly lifted his head from the desk, having been asleep from about five hours now and turned to the door. "What the hell do you want Foust?" An under tone of annoyance in his voice beneth the drowsyness for being woken up. "It's not locked you know!" Ryuk never liked locked doorsw for some reason so he only locked up when he left which was a very rare thing if nothing was going on. He was almost hermit like the way he stood up but he returned to his normal stature. The cords returned into his fingers after unplugging themselves. He then turned to face the door and awaited for Foust to walk in.

Hearing acknowledgement, Foust kicked the door hard enough for it to swing around hitting the wall. Walking in, he ended up distracted by the newly seen lab owned by the captain of Squad Twelve. It was the first time he laid eyes on the lab's interier, so a distraction would be of the average. With a face palm, he quickly went over to Ryuk's desk.
"Dude, we got a big problem, and I need your help." Reaching into his pocket, Foust pulled out a red scroll that he had stolen from the Leaf Village's very own Hokage's room. For him to have to resort to stealing a scroll, things had to be bad. Everyone knew he was the type to do something rash before thinking, so divising a plan that involved planning things out was weird.
"I stole this from the Leaf Village. Can you use this sealing justu if you have this scroll?" His voice was oddly serious as he spoke with concern.

 Ryuk lSquad 12l "Hey!" Ryuk called, his annoyance slowly growing, replacing the drowsyness. "Your going to break my wall... and what do you mean?" Ryuk looked down at the scroll. He snatched it from Foust and forgot what he had said, still a bit scatterbrained from having just woken up. "What'cha got here eh..?" He held it up in the dark room, his left eye glowing dimly and examining the cloth scroll. Suddenly Ryuk was gone, back in his seat and his fingers moving too fast for even Foust, the fastest shinigami in the soul society could see. In exactily 32.4 seconds he had a large data base filled with hand signs and ninja justsu techniques. The wires jutted from his shoulders and jaked into the computer. His teeth clenched when all of the information rushed into his brain. After a few moments of this he unlocked his jaw and let out a heavy breath, a bit of mist showing where the warm air had gone. It was suprisingly cold in the room but it had never bothered either Ryuk or Vincent when he had been alive.

As he walked over to the wall, he put his hands behind his head as he leaned against the lab's wall. Sighing, hope for his buddy to finish soon came about. There were big things that would happen soon, and Ryuk was going to help one way or another. A mission for them to take was going to be planed, but Foust was waiting for the nerd like captain to finish his little data search. Being bored, he removed his hands from his head, and pointed his two index fingers at eachother about one inch apart. Suddenly, an electricity bridge formed between the two phalanges. A giggle came from under a breath as he began to expand the bridge, making it look like a lightning bolt. This was a harmless action that he only resorted to when bored.
"Sure take your time Ryuk. Karakura Town will totally be safe as long as you continue this." His sarcasm wasn't good for the situation, since he didn't know when the mission would actually start. All that he knew, was there would be an atack soon enough.

Ryuk lSquad 12l "Shush you...." Ryuk answered to Foust's sarcasm. Ryuk reached over and grasped the scroll before unraviling it and quickly reading through the jutsu techniques. "I'm going to need a while to set up this type of jutsu..... at least ten minutes but what do you need me to do it for?" He asked his old friend before tilting back in his chair and looking towards him.

While still playing with his little electrical toy, he answered Ryuk's question.
"You will seal a demon that will try to harm Karakura Town inside me. It sounds crazy I know, but trust me, this thing is almost unmatched. I looked up all possible ways of killing it, but it was all hopeless. We only have this option." This was very odd to hear coming from Foust. He wasn't the kind of guy to do research to save his life. Him actually doing that kind of work showed the level of importance of this mission. This was an act to save many lives, but this devilish beast couldn't be sealed in just anyone. It had to be sealed inside someone who could bare the pain. It could have been sealed in any random person, but they would most likely die shortly after. Foust volunteered to bare the bad luck of this monster, so no one else would.

"Foust foust foust..." Ryu repeated his friends name a few times before looking back to his desk as he began to tinker with his hand, using a screwdriver. "You know that if the host dies the bi-juu dies along with it right? I know you, you just wanna get stronger so you can get that head captian position!" He said in a challenging voice. "No way your getting to the top without me but yes. I'll help you with your goal." Ryuk finished with his hand and slowly got to his feet once more. "now.. when will this beast be attacking Foust?" He said walking up to the man against the wall.

The friendly captain Ryuk was under the impression that Foust wanted power, but little did he know he had much more power than the friend had seen before. They hadn't showed eachother their power in so long, so there was a difference between the then and now.
"The demon strikes soon." Before the Squad Three captain could continue, a hell butterfly fly in, but looked like a drunk bug to the captain. The message that came with it was the notice that Nine Tails was spotted heading toward Karakura Town already. This was a shock, because the demon wasn't suppoesed to attack for another two days. summoning a senkaimon, the doors opened as light shined through.
"Let's go, dude!" Then, Foust jumped through the door to the town, which would become a battlefield.
((Ryuk doesn't know of the bone maipulation powers and Raikou houko. Actually, no one knows of the Raikou Houko yet.))

((and foust hasent seen any of my zanpaktou's powers yet. only the mechanics x3)) Ryuk lSquad 12l Ryuk stayed behind for a moment to switch parts into his speed torso, speed legs, and power arm set then quickly followed after his friend. "Ryuk called up to Foust. "Wait up already.. I'm getting old" He said jokingly although he was just as sharp as ever.

((Both characters know the basis of eachother's powers in shikai and bankai though. Just not the full extent.))
