☆ Well sushi is canceled thanks to Jake's grandpa pretty much going die any second now up in the hospital.
How the hell can I help him without getting in the way?
I can't really relate to this situation.
Should I just leave him alone for a while?
Uhh this might be srs but to be honest, I don't care if it gets moved or not.

Just be ready for anything. Think anyone might need tissues? Have them there. Someone's getting hungry? Race out to a corner store and get some s**t.
There really isn't anything you can do except say that you can hold down the fort or whatever while they're taking care of him.

Apparently he's just getting worse with every hour.
I told him that if he needed anything at all, even if it was just a hug or something, that I would drop everything and drive over there.
He thanked me and stuff, but hasn't said much since.
So I think just giving him some space might be best.
