Each school is different according to their surroundings. K High, is one of those. K High is a school for purely the rich, which is the majority of the school. Naturally, that makes the majority arogant, stuck-up peons. That's where the student council came in. Not only were they popular, they were also smart, level-headed, and fair. Everyone looked up to them. And to student council looked up to their president. He was the one who got the students as organized as they were now. They kepy everything organized, kept everyone happy, and most importatnly, kept the school trouble-free. Now, what most of the school didn't know, was that the student council president had a brother. Well, the accurate term was half-brother. He, too, was smart, probably smarter than his brother, but the fact he wasn't fair, looked down on everyone, and beat up anyone who said otherwise. He held an extreme mistrust of everyone around him, including his own family. Half way into the school year, the student council room had been completely trashed. The brother wasn't at school the next day. It had been assumed that he had did it, and was charged with repairing the entire room! The brother, outraged, said he didn't do it. And that he had no reason to do so. But of course, no one believed him. Now the two brothers are being forced within each other's company. And to make matters worse, the president brother is in charge of watchign of the delinquent brother until his job is done. What'll come of it, as they are forced to endure each other's company. Tezuka was busy skipping class. He was currently on the rooftop, fiddling with a small piece of his bike's engine. It had been malfunctioning, making the engine stall when he tried to start it up today. So, he was fixing it. "Ah....the copper has worn away. I can fix that with some copper binding. But where can I find... Oh. That's right. I'm sure there was some in the council room...
While everyone was busy at lunch, someone snuck into the student council room and started wrecking everything. As hey walked out, a customized machine cog out of thier pocket and clattered to the floor. They didn't notice and kept on walking.
End of the day, Tezuka had fixed the copper binding and was prepared to fix his bike. Then he heard his name being called to the principal's office. "The hell? Probably about skipping class. When will they learn that I don't care any more..." He walked to the office.

"President Kasumi!"
Kasumi blinked as he looked up from his notes he was studying for his test for Government tomorrow when he heard the voice of the secretary of the student coucil. "Oh Haru, nice to see you. Is there a problem?" He asked as the underclassmen smiled and waved his hand in hello. "I was told to give these papers to you. Its for the spring festival we're going to have." Haru handed the president the papers and Kasumi took them as he smiled gently. "Thanks. I'll be sure to look at them after lunch." He said thne the lunch bell rang and he got up. "If you'll excuse me. I have a meeting to go to for the registration of the new freshman."
When lunch period ended, Kasumi headed to the student council room since the period he had now was office aid. As he was heading there, he saw a machine cog and bent down to pick it up. "I wonder what this is?" He said as he inspected it and opened the door to the council room; only to see it in ruins. His eyes grew wide and he almost dropped the cog as he stared at the room. 'Who could have done this?!'
"President!" The vice president yelled as he walked up to him. "The principle is calling you to his office. It has to do with the suspect of vandalizing this room." The other said. Kasumi nodded. He adjusted his glasses then headed to the main office. "Excuse me." He said before entering the principle's office and blinked when he saw Tezuka in there. 'You got to be kidding me?!'

Tezuka yawned as he walked into the office. Then he took his seat in the chair, not even caring as he sat sideways in the chair, legs propped up over the side of teh chair. "I know. Fall semester has just started, and already, I've skipped two whole weeks of classes. What's the punishment this time?"
Then he saw Kasumi walk in and scowled. "What teh hell are you doing here?" Then he saw the cog in Kasumi's hand. "What the-!? That's mine! I was looking for that!"

Kasumi glared at Tezuka when he scowled. The nerve of him! He had every right to be in the principle's office as he did. Unlike his brother, he didn't get in trouble.. "I could ask yo-" He began to say as his eyes widen when Tezuka identified the cog as his. 'What..? Then he..' With that though, his hand wrapped aroudn the item and he gritted his teeth; glaring daggers at the other. "So it was you...How could you vandalize our room like that Tezuka! You had no right to do that! You should be ashamed of yourself!"

Tezuka noticed the look of confusion and then anger go through Kasumi's face. Huh? He frowned when he started getting yelled at. "Hah? What room? Haven't you not been listening? I was skipping class, on the roof, trying fixing my bike engine, ALL F*CKING DAY!!!" He sighed and pinched the bridge of his nose. "What room are you talking about? I didn't do a damn thing!"

"Don't play dumb! You vandalizd the student council room! If you were fixing your bike all day then how come I found your stupid bike part in front of the door on the ground?!" Kasumi was furious! How could this have happened?! Stupi Half-brother...

"I have never even been near the student council room! What reason would I have for vadalizing it, anyway?" Tezuka then sneered. "Aiy? Do you think it's because of you? So arrogant. Make me a saint, won't you? Well, believe me, I want nothing to do with you. It's bad enough that we're in the same household. Coming to a room where your stench perforates...it'd kill me. So chill."
He stood from his seat. "As for why it was in the room, I don't know. But I never walked on that side of the building. I was on the roof. All. Damn. Day."
Just as Tezuka was about to saw more, the Student Secretary ran in, followed by another student. "Prez! I've got an eye-witness who says she say the person who vandalized the S.C. room!"

"The day you become a saint is the day pigs will rain from the sky! And don't worry, the feeling is mutual Tezuka." Kasumi gritted his teeth together as he watched the other got up from his seat. Why the heck did his father re-married!? He was fine being an only child!
"I'm not-" He was about to say as the Student secretarya nd a girl entered. He blinked lightly then adjusted his glasses and looked at them. "She did? Can you please tell me who you saw then miss?"

Tezuka looked down at the girl who had walked in. He was interested in what she would say. "Well? Speak up, wench!"
The girl relaxxed at Kasumi's gentle tone, but flinched at Tezuka's. "I-I-I'm sorry! But...he was w-wearing a b-black hoodie! H-e knocked me over as he r-ran down the hall. T-Then took off on a b-black bike with a d-dragon on it!"
Tezuka's eyes widened. "What the-!? But that's my bike! Grr! That's it! Whoever this guy is...he's asking for a beat down from hell!"
The girl flinched again, looking like she was about to cry. "I-I'm sorrryy!!!"

Kasumi glared at his brother and smiled confortingly to the girl student as he listened to what she had to say. Blinking he looked at Tezuka; trying his best to hold his glare in but it wasn't working well. "You said your were working on your bike on the roof?! How do you explain that Tezuka?! And don't you dare yell at her! She didn't do anything." Kasumi said as he smiled back at the girl. "I'm sorry for his behavior. Thank you for your information. You may go back to class miss." After that, he looked back at Tezuka. "This is pointing more to you, Tezuka. Even a witness saw you."

Tezuka scowled. "Yes, I WAS on the roof! Working on my engine because it was missing a piece. Well, I didn't know it at the time. Agh! What do you care!? It's not like you're gonna believe me anyway!" He shouted, getting angry. After the girl left and narrowed his eyes. "What the hell? She only described my bike! And what I'm wearing is a hooded vest! Not a hoodie!"

"Cause its hard to believe you when the evidence is against you!" Kasumi yelled back as he narrowed his eyes back at him. "And who in the name of all that is holy would take your bike! You have the keys for it don't you! So it had to be you!" He adujusted his glasses again before clsoing his eyes for a moment and pinchign the bridge of hsi nose. This all was giving the president a headache.

"Oh, so it's my fault I look guilty? Well excuse me for not being the perfect 'angel-child' like a certain someone!" Tezuka scowled again. "You're not lis-ten-ing! I'm fixing my bike engine, on the roof! No one could drive off with it! Which means, someone else has a bike that looks like mine. I mean, I may be a delinquent, but in this preppy school of perfection, the only one who sees me, is YOU! Your brain is better than mine, yes? So use it!"
Tezuka turned to leave the door. He pierced the principal with a glare. "Oh, and by the way, I'm not coming to class next week either." He left out the room and slammed the door behind him. "Whoever did this is gonna pay!"

"Well, at least that certain someone isn't like a psychotic demon like someone I know! And maybe if you didn't skip class so much then maybe I wouldn't be the only to see you and maybe you would have a freaking alibi!" He glared intensely at Tezuka and watched his brother leave the room. He knew that the last thing he said wasn't directed to him but he responded to it anyway. "Your a baka! Have fun failing!" Kasumi gritted his teeth as he pinched his nose again. He was going to resent going home now but whatever..Tezuka deserved it!
