I realized that there are ALOT of Metroid fans out there.. so, I made a topic for those of you who like to geek out about Metroid! Tell about your games and past experiences. As for me, I remember the original Metroid for the NES, my dad still has it and I play when ever I can! Please tell us what you like and remember. Thank you.

Ah, the original Metroid ... *shakes head* It's my ultimate goal as a geek to obtain an original cartridge and play it how it was meant to be.

lol. I love the side-scrollers. Think they should make a new side-scroller for Metroid like the new Sonic Hedgehog 4 or New Super Mario Bros?
