There were rumors of many levels of basements below the castle, and it was finally been revealed as true.
This basement is accessed through a hidden ladder in the first basement, which is used for storage among other things.
Deep growling noises can be heard in the distance, and the captain has advised everyone that it is dangerous here.
Why have you come here?
If you wish to explore, be careful. The captain's 'pets' live here, and she has bluntly stated that they aren't too friendly with most people.
If you are here to replace the last caretaker, who, by the way, was not eaten, then feeding instructions will have been sent to you.
When you finish with the twins on this floor, you have been instructed to descend to the Labrynth in Level 3. You can get there by descending a ladder on the opposite side of this floor.

{You know, Sage, if this is boring, you're welcome to come up with something on your own.}

Walking carefully down the steps, the captain balances a crate precariously on her shoulder. It was filled with various meats, and was about half her own size. While she had carried this, she had persuaded her companion to carry a much smaller box filled with fish, packed in with ice so that they remained fresh. In her other hand were a bouquet of flowers, wrapped up with a lovely ribbon and all. Now just what these were for she had yet to explain. Skipping down the last steps, the captain's grace doesn't seem diminshed in the slightest by her large package. Spinning to face the stairs again, she awaits her fellow packmule at the bottom of the steps.

The area around them was surprisingly lit for a basement, though it looked more like an underground temple than a mere basement. Pillars and archs held the ground up while also providing fairly interesting decor. The captain taps her foot in a show of impatience, the sound echoing in the open cavern below the castle.

Nemo came down the steps with the box he had been given held on his shoulder. Upon seeing the place he let out a long whistle, "Well now aint this something." This was larger than he had expected. Actually most places with basements this large that he had snuck into had used them as dungeons rather than actual basements. Still that was not quite what Nemo pictured Neciel doing, seeing as she had a habit of taking the norm and crushing it beneath her small heel. "So where is the two headed beasty?" He really had trouble picturing a creature with two heads. Then again he had trouble picturing most of the things that she showed him, sometimes even after the fact. Still he was intrigued at the prospect so he continued to follow her.

Tucking the flowers under one arm, the captain turns and continues to weave her way through the cavern. Stopping in a place not so discernable from the others, she brings her thumb and pointer finger to her mouth and lets out a high whistle. At first, there seemed no response, and the small women drops her crate unceremoniously on the ground. Hopping up to sit on the rim, she sets the bouqet down beside her as the first of loud, rythmic footsteps could be heard echoing back to them. Something big was coming, that much was for sure. And from the amount of meat stored in the captain's crate, it was obviously going to be hungry.

Only a few moments later, the first flash of red scales can be seen. Crossing her legs at the ankles, the captain seems completely relaxd as a twin-headed dragon bounds up to the two, skidding unceremoniously to a stop. Both heads take in the two standing before them, and begin sniffing at the captain, making sure it's who they think it is. One rests their head on top of hers, rubbing back and forth. A low thrumming noise can be heard as the captain reaches up to rub the scales on the beast's cheek. The other moves on, sniffing curiously at the bandit's clothes, hair and face.
"Hey now, be gentle with the human. He's very fragile." she grins, still rubbing the other dragon head's cheek.

Nemo set his crate down more than surprised at the new creature bounding forth. It was huge, then again what else should he have expected. Come to think of it Nemo had never seen a dragon before, much less one that had two heads. Still it was interesting to see that the heads operated completely separate of each other. But how did it all work, did each control half of the body or did one have complete control. Then again if one head did have complete control of the body did that mean that it was really a dragon with an extra head? Nemo decided rather quickly that that did not make a difference in how amazing that this creature actually was. He took a step back once he felt the gust of air from the creature sniffing him, "What is it with your pets and sniffing me?" Seriously he didn't smell bad he ensured that daily. Actually he probably had a stronger scent of Neciel on him than anything else, as if he had been tagged as her property or something. Then again he probably had been in some way or another without total realization of it.

"It's just their way of saying hello." she bats at the head resting on hers now, shooing it off. "You're messing up my hair, you giant lizard." hopping off the crate, she turns to the crate she had been sitting on. Handing the flowers to Nemo so they wouldn't end up on the ground, she opens the crate with very little effort on her part. Reaching in, her hand comes back holding a large steak between her thumb and middle finger. "Raw meat. Gross." she tosses the first steak to the head she had fought off, who greedily snaps at it, and begins to chew. Picking out another, she snaps the fingers on her free hand to get a flame going.

Holding the flames beneath the steak, she roasts the meat until it fades to a dull brown. Tossing the finished meat to the other head, she waits until the large dragon lays down to tear at it's food. They were far from done, but the steaks would keep them occupied for a little while. Glancing over at her companion as the dragon quietly eats it's meal, she flashes him a grin. "Uri says you smell like a woman." she chuckles, knowing it was her own scent on the bandit. "Are you seeing other women behind my back, Mr. Blackheart?"

Nemo smiled slightly starting to tease back, "I never said anything about being exclusive now did I." Of course there wasn't another woman. He had a feeling that if there ever was his life would be put into Neciel's hands. Still he couldn't resist teasing the girl a little. She so seemed to enjoy doing such things to him so why shouldn't he take a little enjoyment of his own while he was at it. Either way these two seemed rather pleasant despite their looks. Even more so that Nemo didn't have to listen to them chatter like last time. the bandit was also more comfortable now that he could let that pesky little shield of his down. Yes much better indeed.

Sitting now on the rim of the crate, the captain reaches in and pulls out another steak. As the dragons finishes up the ones they have, she glances over at Nemo with a smirk. "It's true that you didn't, but I hardly think I have need to worry. Why waste time with other women when you can waste time with me?" she asks, narcissism clear in her voice. She can't help but grin ever so slightly, as if amused. Tossing the finished meat at the dragon, she pulls out another and throws that too.

"After all, we both know that I'm much preferable to other women." she winks, relaxing on the thin piece of wood she sat on. Watching her pet chew, it seems she's not going to go on bragging about herself... for now, at least.

Nemo shrugged choosing to tease her a little more, "Well you have your moments." True as it was that he really did not mind her moments, but hey she did have them so why not pluck that little string while he had chance, not paying any mind to the rather large creatures above him. He laughed slightly, "Most women don't blow things up when they are angry about something." Then again most of the women that Nemo met would melt at the sight of gold and Neciel barely flinched. Maybe that was what he enjoyed most. The challenge that she offered him when he sought after her. She was so hard to impress, so difficult to prove wrong, it was almost as if they were the same person some times. Ha that was a thought, the two of them galavanting across the world, the dark lord himself wouldn't be able to hide from them. Of course if Neciel had her way he had the distinct feeling that the new dark lord wasn't low on her list of things to do. Maybe that was why Nemo was so determined to stick around, the longer he could distract her the longer he could keep her from going to war with the dark knights in such a rush. He would never admit that though. No that would be wrong of him.

"I never claimed to be perfect, only close." she smiles, letting the dragons some time to digest before tossing more meat at them. "I also never claimed to be like most women..... and I do not blow things up when I am angry!" she snaps, casting him a quick scowl. After a moment, the expression fades, and she shakes her head. See? She hadn't blown anything up. Giving him a wry expression, she tosses both dragon heads raw meat this time. One whimpers, looking at her with wide eyes.
"Oh, cook it yourself, you lazy beast." the dragon looked at her a moment longer before shooting a narrow line of flame at her. She then turns to her meat, shooting fire at it instead. The captain frowns, waving off the fire with one hand. "Now see here, you rebellious overgrown lizard. I'll cook you in a minute." she glances at Nemo, cocking an eyebrow. "Ever had a dragon steak?" she asks, just for amusement.

"Can't say that I have." Considering that Nemo had only heard of dragons and seen some of their lizard folk descendants, that was a simple question to answer. There she went to prove his point as she threatened to fry yet another living creature. Nemo had started to take these threats lightly, since she had made them so often and he had yet to see her actually do it. In fact he was pretty certain that he received that same threat just before their first kiss. Maybe he should not have ever taken that risk. Though looking at the results it seemed that it had all been rather worth it in the end.

"That's probably for the best. The meat is much too tough for my taste. And there are always tiny scales hidden somewhere. Spiteful beasts, even after they're dead." she flashed him a grin, the expression turning to a more wicked expression as she raises an eyebrow at the dragons. They ignored her, paying much closer attentio to their meals than they had a moment before. Suddenly, the captain leaps from her make-shift seat, landing light on her feet. "I believe it is time to descend to the lower level." she proclaims, kicking the crate so that the side fell away.

"Surely you must be bored with all these overgrown lizards. I think it's time you met a cousin.... Well, a half cousin." she smiles, leaving the pile of meat surrounded by what remained of the crate. She steps towards him, snatching up the much smaller box he had been carrying. Leaving him to bring the flowers, she gives him a half-serious expression. "Now be careful with those. They're your peace offering." she flashes a quick smile, resting the new crate on her shoulder. Moving off towards what seemed a completely random direction, she gives no more indication that he should follow.

So she was related to a cow eh, very interesting. Nemo stared at the flowers for a moment wondering how in the world these things could serve as any sort of piece offering. Well that really didn't matter so long as they worked. It seemed that all of Neciel's pets were rather protective of her so it made sense that this last one would be as well. He followed her without order, it seemed to be what she wanted him to do. At least that was what he hoped. Half way focused on her and halfway wondering how the hell these damn flowers were going to serve as a piece offering Nemo finally gave up guessing and shrugged. For all he knew this could have just been a clever way to make him follow her around with flowers, ha that would be something now wouldn't it.

"By half cousin, I do mean your half cousin. He's half human." she clarifies, continuing to weave her way through columns. "And half bull. And therefor, no relation to me. Though he's starting to sound more and more like your twin." she glances at him over her shoulder and winks. She was joking of course, but he had yet to speak up, meaning she was free to plow right on with her speech. She stopped in front of a ladder after what seemed liked an hour of walking, and pointed downwards. The ladder led down, down, down into darkness. "After you, my dear." she sweeps her hand down at the hole, completely ignoring the ominous noise coming up from the floor about 50 feet to the right.

Nemo stuck his pink tongue out at Neciel for the whole cousin comment. If he wasn't worried about ramifications he would have wapped the small woman on the back of her cute head. He peered down into the darkness wondering what waited below for him. Finally he let out a slight sigh, "So is there no form of light for us to take or do I need to learn to see in pitch black." True as it was that Nemo had no problem seeing in low light, true darkness was something completely different. He shook his head slightly assuming she had some sort of way to combat the darkness. "Well down we go." He grasped the ladder lightly in his hands and slid down deep into the darkness trying to ignore the noises that were slowly growing louder.
