Joelle tapped her foot at the lunch line. It was moving so slow, and she was getting so hungry. Putting her hands around her stomach to try and subdue the hunger, she jumped up, restless, to see if the line was moving or not.

Standing in line next to Joelle, Shoni's eyes widened. "That's a lot of food! Say, aren't that girl on the track team?" She asked, then grabbed a soda and put it on her nigh empty tray.

"Yep!" Joelle grinned, and grabbed her tray as she walked out with Shoni to the tables. "I have to eat a lot of food if I don't want to pass out after running... although not too much, or else I'd throw up!" She laughed, though meant it.

"Well, that's the thing. Eat a lot and then run a lot, so you can spend your calories and not get fat." Joelle smiled, taking a seat. "If you play sports, you have to eat a lot, or else you wouldn't have the energy." She peered at Shoni closely. "You look like a really strong girl, though. Maybe you do softball?"
As she was talking, Joelle caught Silent's gaze. She looked at him, blinking. "Do you need something?"

Shoni blinked, having caught Silent staring at Joelle and laughed. "Looks like you've got a secret admire!" She whispered to her, grinning. "Oh and no, I don't play softball. I work with cars."

Joelle blinks at him again, and then flushes a little, taken aback. She scowled. "That just came out of nowhere."
She looked at Shoni, flushing even more. "He's not my secret admirer. He probably just have Tourette's or something... wait, you work with cars?"
