To sign up for a kage you have to fill this out Which village do you want: Why should you be kage: Rpc name: Jutsu known: There are 5 Kage positions of the 5 Great Shinobi Countries.
Hokage 火影 : Kiyuki Uchiha
Kazekage 風影 :
Mizukage 水影 :
Raikage 雷影 :
Tsuchikage 土影 :
Then there are leader positions of the other villages.

Why should you be kage: beacuse i will be a great leader and rain needs a leader and im the one to lead it

Jutsu known:can do all jutsu that madara could do,sharingan,eternal Mangekyo Sharingan alous him to rip and tear his target apart Wind Release: Great Breakthrough,Living Corpse Reincarnation,Body Flame Technique,Earth Clone Technique,Five Elements Seal,Temporary Paralysis Technique,Clone Great Explosion,Demonic Illusion: Burning Paper Body,Demonic Illusion: Mirror Heaven and Earth Change,Demonic Illusion: Shackling Stakes, Fire Release: Great Fireball Technique,Fire Release: Phoenix Immortal Fire Technique, Susanoo,Transcription Seal: Amaterasu,Grand Tsukuyomi god omen, can copy mostly anything, Amaterasu stream (its like chdori stream but Amaterasu flames instead of chidori lighting), Amaterasu control (he can change mostly any jutsu into Amaterasu based jutsu he can only use this to its full power in his demon awakened form ex: he can turn a jutsu like Rasengan in the same form but instead of wind charkra its nagamarus Amaterasu charkra that can only be put out by Mangekyo sharigan),Rakiri,Rasengan,ghost form.
his taijustu is A-class and his genjutsu is S-class

Why should you be kage: Because, the hidden cloud need a leader, and I hope you could give me a chance to that leader
