Okay, this is NOT spam...atleast to me. Read fully before concluding that this is spam....
Anyways... I found out a "secret". Most photographic equipment maker have a program for students. The discounts are huge. I found out about this from my work....a pro camera store (not the best buy, ritz, etc, etc).
If anyone is interested in this, then goto the manufacturer's site...find their regional rep. This information is suppose to get out to students.
You could try your luck with the common retailers don't know about these programs nor will they tell you. The common employees don't know about this.
so...go contact the camera makers directly.

Ah, yes. There are also student discounts on many many software programs, but those are "student versions." But that's totally different. Err, yes.
