I will offer, a level 40 Phione.
Or if you are sweet, you'll give me a shiney pidgey for some random high level pokemon carrying a heart scale. (I don't care if shiny pidgey is level 5, I will give you some random pokemon in return that is level 40+)

I am 68 pokemon short from completing my pokedex. So I will most likely have a pokemon you might be needing.
