Walks into the area and begins to climb the first building he see's getting his grip on window edges and sticking out piece of concrete as he grunts and climbs.

He makes his way to the top of ((some ganeric building)) and looks to his right to see the Imperial Palace. He breaths in the beautiful scene and lies back with it.

Kagami follows Mono to the Imperial Palace area and sees him at the top of one of the thirteen pillars and yells, "Hey! You can't be up there y'know?!?! It's forbidden, It's my great great great grandparents palace it's historic!" She jumps the whole height of the building Mono is on and says, "Would you mind getting down please? And don't bother asking how I jumped this high, you'll figure it out eventually."

Looks at her with a look of annoyance "Why can't i be up here? its just so beautiful, don't you think its kind of selfish to keep this view from people?"

Kagami rolls her eyes as they fill with anger, "That what that over there is for!" she points at a large zig-zag staircase leading to a balcony nearby, "This thing is in ruins y'know? I'm just trying to preserve it for as long as I can... okay? Now get off."

*sighs* "fine" Jumps to a hanging piece of building and begins to walk along the side.. then running.. then a huge jump for the side of the staircase.. he then begins to climb up and over, and head to the view from the staircase.

Kagami smirks and jumps right next to him on the balcony and says, "Just a warning, Riley and I... we have a bit of a short-temper, okay? You won't want to end up pissing us off, cause the odds will be in our favour." She looks out at the palace, "Riley and I are actually quite unfortunate... because we can never die, no matter what. So if we kill, intentionally or unintentionally, the guilt is in our minds forever. We always cheer up, cause It's like living a new life, over and over again." She looks at Mono, smiling with closed eyes.
