I don't use it for anything really.
If people need me, I have msn, and a mobile.

I agree with emo, take some time off. For awhile I really didn't check gaia, or I would just lurk for a min. or two and then log off. I spent a lot more time taking walks and s**t then on the internet and after awhile I wanted to check gaia again. (this might go for the other sites you mentioned as well if you try.)
