oh i have had a life...: Raised by my father, things have been a bit strange for me, especially considering that he did not even want me. I lived under his roof and was forced to follow his rules, but I made my own life. He still hates me and my dead mother, I have no contact with him.

Elanie stepped out of her vehicle, leaving her bags for now. She would return for them when she found her dorm room, and received her schedule. This would be her new home, and personally she was glad to be out from under her father's rule. She locked the door, pocketed her keys, and left the parking lot. As she was half way across the front yard she heard a light thud and a much louder "Oww!" Speeding up she reached the culprit, a fairy. She seemed to have landed a bit rough, "Umm, hello?" Elanie offered her hand to help the girl up. Her green eyes were full of concern, maybe she was making her first friend?

The fairy, Riia she introduced herself as, seemed energetic enough. At least was not the only one new here as well. Happy enough to meet someone she smiled genuinely, "I'm Elanie, new here as well." Looking around she took in the large school, "I was just going to find the office, care to come with?" This socializing thing was still a bit new to her, at home almost everybody considered her a freak, it was nice to be away from that. Many races were accepted at this school, so surely they would not shun her? Brushing the thought aside she turned her attention back to Riia.

Elanie chuckled and looked the Usagi over. He seemed friendly enough as well. She was really going to have to stop making that observation, it was time to start over. She needed to let herself do that. "Yes, join us? You are new here as well right?" It seemd to be a new school year, so he could be.

"I'm Elanie." The witch introduced herself to Elliot, right before Riia took off, hollering a greeting to someone entering the courtyard. "And that was Riia." Elanie watched for a moment before crossing the courtyard, at a calmer pace than Riia, to catch up. Waiting for a lull in their conversation she introduced herself, "Hi! I'm Elanie!" She was not sure how the other girl would react, but hey, she was starting over. Might as well take the risk. Seems like she knew the place pretty well already too.
