Faerie Sidhe

Winterfae Sidhe

Len is a small woman, about five feet or a bit less. She has long black hair with bits of white interspersed throughout. Her eyes are an icy blue hue that is piercing to stare into, let alone to soulgaze. Her body is proportionate to its size, except for her fingers, they are elongated and thin, giving her an eerie appearance. Her skin is pale and cold to the touch, alerting others to her alignment as a winterfae sidhe.

She is often seen wearing white flowing dresses, she seems to be one of the Fae that tries to look somewhat like our storybook representation of said fae. On her wrists and ankles are bands of iron, a metal that causes pain to faeries. The bands leave burn marks around the area they touch, marring her skin forever.

Len was born a faerie into the court of winter, she is still rather young as far as a faerie is concerned, being only 100. She resides in Arctis Tor, the stronghold and capital of Unseelie land. The names of her parents are unknown as she does not speak of them. Suffice to say they had much of nothing to do with her raising. Instead she was raised by the healers of the winter court, learning the art of healing and becoming pro efficient in it. One of her closer friends in the court was a young changeling named Seratha, who was an entertainer of the court. She taught Len how to dance in a few Faerie favorite styles before she died from an illness. Len spent most of her childhood in silence due to the loss of her friend and other circumstances she chooses not to divulge.

Len is something of a smartmouth which is what gave her her current punishment of iron bracelets. Lady Maeve dealt the punishment and also had her put in as Seratha's replacement as an entertainer of the court. She knew the bracelets would move as she danced touching as much skin as possible and causing the burns upon her skin.

Len holds a lot of contempt for Maeve for doing this to her, but she does as she is told in order to prevent further punishment from being doled out to her. However her bitterness is rising and bubbling throughout her, she is likely to lash out at anyone if she isn't careful.

Len is gifted in the art of healing. She spent most of her childhood learning how to use the faerie arts to heal those in need. However it is deemed that she has terrible bedside manner, she seems to always be cold and distant.

She also has some talent in unseelie dancing styles, which she was taught a few of by her changeling friend Seratha.
